Megan Boggs was absolutely amazing. She assisted in finding a mortgage company who was local, easy to deal with and got us a great rate. Her knowledge of VA loans was wonderful and made the buying process run smooth. She also assisted when the closing was going to be delayed. She worked with the mortgage company to get the job done! Thanks for being a great company/lawyer to work with! I will bring you my business any day.
This was my first time buying a home. I had an overall bad experience and it didnt get any better with this firm. Ms Easton was very condescending when speaking with me. I don't know if she realizes that she does that but I was left feeling very uncomfortable after our last encounter. If there is one thing that I find appalling it's a "fake nice" person who speaks down to others and think that it's ok. Smh.
Rebecca Bordon could not have been more helpful, available at a moments notice and professional. She made our closing go smoothly, despite discovering several title and property issues, she resolved them with efficiency, poise and the right amount of assertiveness. I am very happy with the results and how she handled our delicate family issues. The firm even made warm cookies at closing, what a wonderful way to calm the nerves of large financial transactions such as this! Kudos to Rebecca and her strong tenacity to get this done the right way.
I have dealt wit this group twice now. I can't say enough about them. When purchasing a house just go with them. They make the whole process easy and with very little stress. They stay in contact with you the while time. If I had a question, they had a answer with in an hour or two sometime within minutes. Very professional, and they have no problem calling mortgage companies to help speed the process along.
Rebecca Bordon proved to be very professional and available to answer questions during every step of the closing process. The closing went smoothly for the sale of a rental property and also the closing of an LLC that was associated with the property. She clarified the process to me every step of the way. On the closing day, no surprises came up and it was mostly a time to sign final paperwork and exchange check and keys! I would highly recommend Rebecca for a real estate attorney and will be requesting her services on future real estate transactions that I need.
