I opened an account today, and Christina assisted it me with it. She was so kind and patient and was able to answer all of my questions. The other two staff members that were working were also super friendly. Excellent customer service. I would recommend banking here!
Impossible to move money between accounts. Customer service cannot resolve anything. Hell to close an account. Terrible rates. Avoid this bank at all costs, better off keeping your money under the mattress.
I went in there yesterday to set up a bank account, first time doing it by myself. Christina Bruam was AMAZING! She was super kind and sweet, and especially understanding with me! I appreciate that she took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel good about banking with them!! Christina Bruam made my experience especially great.
I was very happy with the service I received when opening my new account. Christina Baum went above and beyond with her stellar customer service. Her customer service was so impressed that I have sent at lease three new customers to open new accounts.
It's easy to do the drive through or hit the ATM, but I do enjoy going inside for my banking needs because the staff is always so friendly, accommodating and professional. Keep doing what you're doing, you're AWESOME!!
My company banks with them. They used to have really good customer service. Now there is basically one women who works in there. Looks like she always is put off. Not very genuine. Wish the customer service was better. I typically do not leave reviews but she is so rude.
The staff is amazing here, they're always willing and capable of helping me with any issues I might have and I've always received wonderful service while banking with them!!
Their new staff is amazing!!! They are so friendly and I LOVED talking to them! They really care about their customers!!! Oh and the manger is so cool!! Her accent is so lovely!!!
OH MY GAWD. Absolutely unbelievable, I have never been more pleased with my banking experience. The staff was SUPER nice and friendly and helped me do bank things really fast. Also the short sales girl is really hot. 10/10
Bank anywhere else in Stillwater except at this location!! I promise you, you will thank me for this later. In general IBC in other places are okay; but this is hands down the worst bank branch I have ever encountered. The staff is very uneducated about how banks actually work and know virtually zero about anything that is not extremely basic. In the last 2 years I have been in this location I have been met with rude, unfriendly and unprofessional cashiers who would rather chat among themselves than make customers a priority, which leaves me with an inability to do my basic banking tasks such as cashing checks, transferring money, etc.. I almost always end up going to Simmon's Bank downtown which is a little more of a drive for me but is staffed with great well trained workers who always get the job done for me. The only upside is the online banking is fine as long as you don't contact this location with any questions or problems because I can guarantee you they can't help. If I could I would give this location zero stars, trust the negative reviews on this bank, go elsewhere!!!
