Poor customer service skills. Called to inquire about the program hoping to be able to book a one-on-one informational meeting and possibly tour the facility. The person in charge of registration told me to look up information on the website and see videos there. Really? I did browse through their website, but felt much was left to be desired, so I called to inquire more info. Much to my unpleasant surprise, I was treated like they didn’t want to bothered.

Good luck with finding out anything! When you take the test, when the program starts, how how much it costs... Absolutely useless in calling, no response to emails... I have no idea if this place really exists.

Very interesting school, good experience to go there and see it, I plan to go there in the future I won't say much but it's a pretty cool place and somewhere I'm looking forward coming to again as a student.

Overall the people there were very nice and informative when I came in to apply for thier program, but I was told that they can't work around my mandatory Prayer times on Fridays. Thats the only reason for my two stars. Equal Oppurtunity Employer I think not.

It's a really nice facility with loads of space and equipment for learning. Food truck shows up daily for lunch. The teachers are top notch too.

IBEW Local 134's training facility in Alsip, and visible from the I294. A large, main parking lot on the west side of the building and two driveway entrances. It is a large school building with the main entrance being on the center, west side. Applicants for he training program or apprentice program typically enter through the smaller double door on the southwest corner of the building.

I had a very professional ,efficient, and friendly experience at this Union hall.

Best choice I've ever made!! Would definitely recommend.
