Matt and his team at ICB are great! I like others looked at the reviews and also called in and was 50/50 on the phone service. But unless you've experienced it first hand like I did when I came in to pick up my order you have no idea what it is like.... they were all super busy unloading shipping containers and They do their best to answer everyone's questions. The phones were ringing off the hook with mostly nonsense questions so I can get the frustration of trying to get everything done and everyone's order found in the multiple containers that arrive... packed by another country and shipped out to customers all over the world...all on top of trying to have to answer everyone elses questions at the same time and random people walking in without appointments... They have earned my respect and business and I will continue ordering from them for all of my needs... If you need top notch legit JDM parts there is no other place like ICB!
Ordered some parts and my billing address was wonky from auto fill on my phone as I also moved recently. Emailing was quick, and effective, even for my sub 100$ order. I’d say these guys are slammed and busy and still manage to bang out my smaller order. Good show for customer service!
Ordered some red Honda emblems for my 9th gen on Saturday got here on Friday, not sure why reviews are bad emblems look perfect. Definitely will shop again with them

They don’t respond to emails. Order status hadn’t changed a few days after placing order. Called and the guy who I assume is the owner said “I’m not sure we even have the part. I have to go look in the back. Will let you know in 2 or 3 days.” How do you not know whether you have a part or not? How hard is it to maintain contact with a customer? Give your money to HMO or another company.
The parts I ordered were in stock and shipped very quickly, I received my order in just a few days. The order was packed very well for extra protection. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever run into so much so I hung up after being yelled at and will never order from this llc. Told he’ll do the business he wants to do and not take a payment on a future order as he doesn’t know what product he’s ordered. Can’t recommend away from this enough. A 3k dollar order isn’t much by any stretch but for sure would’ve ordered more with it as the project is a full track build. Treat customers like you treat your closest friends/family and you’ll go further, until then, you won’t see a cent from me and by the looks, others tend to agree. Be careful or I’ll contact your distributors and start an east coast distribution that will not only stock product but that you’ll never be able to undercut. Good luck in the future.
Needed a part to finish an engine build. Made a call and had the part in less than 12 AZ to IN. Awesome service. Every time I have ordered been happy with the process. Thanks for all you guys do!
We order a good amount of stuff from Matt and we have never had a problem. Parts are always on time and packaged well. Every time I speak with his wife she’s always so kind.
Absolutely terrible customer service. When you call, it’s like they don’t want to be bothered. Why even be in business at that point. I also paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped USPS. They didn’t care when I called and made multiple excuses why USPS is better and costs the exact same. They never respond to emails when you reach out. I’ll happily do business with much better company’s like JDM Ohio or H Motors. If you’re looking for parts, just read all their reviews and take your money elsewhere.
