Fair prices, in and out quickly. Got dry ice in a pinch for a camping trip that I couldn't find anywhere else on a Sunday. Parking is tough and tight if it's busy at all. I pulled in all the way and turned around first before going in, to make leaving easier.
My ice box has been leaking for over 2 years now, which results in my bags leaking!! I've called MANY times, left messages, with no call back or a return phone call. So instead, they show up 2 years later, to take the ice box back without bringing me a new one!! I have to order ice from them, or they take the box, which I understand. I would've ordered more ice, but not until I got a good, working ice box. Then the boss has the nerve to ask me if I want to pay $2,500 for the DEFECTIVE ice box!!!! I will be going somewhere else!!!! They have froze me out!!!!
Went for the 12 Days of Christmas ice sculpture exhibit, was awesome!
LOYAL CUSTOMER GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT Recently, my wife and I were having a party so, I went to Ice King to pick up some ice. It’s on the “honor system” so, I picked up four bags of ice and left $3/bag in the jar inside the ice cooler. As I was walking back to my car, a man who identified himself as the owner stopped me to ask me if I had put the money in the jar. I told him that I had but he demanded, “Are you sure?!” When I told him again that I had paid for the ice, he asked me to wait while he checked the video. I waited for a few minutes until he came back saying, “Yeah, alright. Thanks.” When I told him that I was expecting a little more of an apology, he became angry and yelled at me. He told me I was a grown man and that he didn’t need to apologize because “the country is changing”. I later found out that he filed a false police report accusing me of stealing ice even though he had confirmed on video that I had not stolen anything! I am waiting to hear back from the police regarding the false report up but, in the meantime, I encourage anyone who doesn’t want to be treated like a criminal or who believes in treating ALL people with fairness and dignity to avoid Ice King.
Pretty "cooool" ice sculptures... different for sure. Just keep in mind it's VERY short. 5 minutes and it's over. Still an interesting experience. Remember, it's a big freezer so dress warm.
Weird place. No store front. But, I needed ice. I called and they instructed me to pull to the loading dock. Just like that - handed them some cash i think that is all they accept - and they loaded up my car. Seems a bit shady, but hey, that's Jersey. Price wise they run about $1.00 more than the local Target, but have large quantities.
Displays are beautiful but admission should be 1/2 of what they charge. Price is $10 but walk through only takes a few minutes

Had a Fantastic,Time at The Ice Sculpture, Extravaganza.......Amazing Artist.....Amazing Ice Art......Looking forward to Next Year.....Thank You, Ice King....See you in The Summer for Cool Ice....!!!!
