Eh.... best part about this place was the french press coffee. Ordered an egg sandwich for breakfast that came with potatoe wedges. All items were cold. Food was kind of gross, because of the lack of quality and being cold. Wouldn't recommend. Didn't have time to send back to the kitchen as I was trying to catch my flight.
Super cool spot for drinks, and plenty of different seating arrangement to let you on the phone while you wait for your flight. Great creative design, very creative layout.
My husband and I stopped into Ice Bar for a break on our layover at O’hare. My husband had a beer as we sat in a cozy booth and just enjoyed a moment to relax away from the bustling crowds of people swarming throughout the terminal walkways. If you have a layover in O’hare it’s not a bad place to kill some time. The nice thing about this bar is the seating arrangement allows for optimal privacy. I could see this being a good place to make a phone call or get some work done if you have enough time. There was only one guy working when we were there, but he seemed friendly and the service was quick. We did get a bottled water to go before we left.
I am pretty sure they are out of business I could be wrong. I used to enjoy this place Last few times I've left from terminal 3 they were not open. No sign saying what their hours are.
Waited forever for the bartender to wait on me 7 people in the bar. Ordered a margarita talk no salt on the rocks and it was the worst margarita I have ever had In my life. Attitude was horrible and people began walking out it took so long to get drinks.
Overpriced drinks even for the airport. There was no server and the bar tender was inattentive ordered a blue moon draft, which cost $13.00. I went ahead with the order so i could sit and get some work done and was then told a 10 min later that they would be closing and I would have to leave. if you want to sit and get a drink, find another. I think the CUB bar is more fair with a bit more fare, but I doubt you'll find worse.
Katie is the sweetest prettiest girl n the airport. She looked half her age and makes everyone feeel half thereb age, she has a pretty smile :
Sat down and waited here for a server to come to the table...an hour later, still sitting here, just waiting for my plane to take off...still no server...no joke. Horrible.
Ordered a simple egg and cheese sandwich with potato with a wait time of 30 minutes. Food came out freezing cold. I informed waiter and he stated " ok" as he kept looking at his kiosk. I replied, I am going. Worst customer service at the airport in Chicago for such a simple order.
If this is the store in O'Hare airport, then the listed phone number doesn't work. I purchased a soda from the shop. If I remember correctly, they made a mistake in price. No phone to ask. If you buy anything, they will ask do you need the receipt. Say Yes.
