I went here about a year ago because my phone was dropped in oil and wouldn't charge. The guy working cleaned out the charging port and didn't charge me anything. I just recently started having charging issues again and then my dog chewed my charging cable. I went back and they helped me with a new charger and cleaning out the port again. Always very pleasant, quick, and overall just great to work with.
My son’s gaming system crashed after an electric surge and the folks at CPR on 4th Street did a phenomenal job timely completing the repair and communicating well throughout the entire process. I’m admittedly a hard customer to please and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality job and customer service.
After filing a claim for a broken screen I came in to get it repaired. They did not have the needed part and offered to order it or send the claim to a different location for a quicker fix. I was in no hurry, so they took my info and called me when the part arrived. Dropped it off that day and was able to pick it up about an hour later. Great customer service and experience all around. Logan was friendly and did a great job!
They claim everyone is able to be financed for the e bikes they're selling. They are liars. If you know your credit is shot don't waste your time. Everyone is not a second chance company.
Went to this location for an HDMI port repair and it went wonderfully. The customer service was great. The employees working were chill and the process went smoothly. If I have a problem with another one of my electronics this is the place I will go to for sure. 5 stars from me.

BUYERS BEWARE. I had my battery LCD replaced by them about a year or so and the battery stopped holding charge so I went to a different place. The guy working on my phone came out to show me that they did not put an Apple battery in my phone probably why it went bad so quickly and they didn’t put back the plate between my LCD and battery so they taped it down on the top right corner. I didn’t pay 100$ each time for the battery and LCD to get such low quality of work. The one star was for the customer service
Anna is awesome at what she does. She gave me detailed info needed with no pressure to purchase. When i did make the purchase, she was quick to place an order and make the repair. I got exactly what I expected. I hope I don't need this service again but if I do, I won't hesitate to go to CPR Tampa Bay!
