Wish I could put 0 stars. Left all lights on and killed the battery. Took 40 minutes to jump the car because they did not know how to fix it. Manager Alex Cabral was BEYOND degrading and nasty. No wonder this place has horrible ratings, beyond rude and don’t know how to handle cars.
Even though we had already paid for parking, the worker was extremely rude, telling us, "I don't care, go find parking somewhere else," despite the fact that the parking lot was clearly almost empty.
Do Not park here. The cars are parked inches from each other and result in getting beat up. The manager Juan Mendoza has delt with many complaints, is aware of the problem but will take no responsibility. If you have no other choice but to park here, take detailed pictures of your car before you park so that you can have a case against IPark when your car gets dents while in this facility.
If i could put 0 star i would . $48 for barely 1 hour !!!!!!! It cost the same price than the pizza we had accross the street. The cashier was super rude too . This is just thief !!!!!!! I would never use ICON again
No complaints. Safe. Managed to find it at reasonable price of $30. We parked for almost 12 to 14 hours on our day visit to NYC. Got a glimpse of nearby places before picked it up in the night.
They closed before the time I paid for, and that forced me to stay an extra night away from home, and then didn’t open the next day on advertised time till an hour later.
We had friendly service. Staff were courteous.
I wish I could put no stars when I just got a new 2018 Ford Mustang and they hit it and I got my Proof if you’s take your cars here your dumb never ever again this is why I park my car my self and take my keys
Not 24 hours. Easier just to bring cash, their credit card service is terrible.
