Receptionist are nice. I've never had to wait long to see the doctor. But I don't trust the 1/3 doctors that I've seen. One lady asked me the same questions over and over and either didn't hear me the first time or had terrible recall. Out of the 2 medications they prescribed me, they only recorded one of them and didn't believe me when I said they gave me two medications.

Not impressed at all. Between 2 separate appointments. Andrew and Trent. I feel like they were mocking us. With true concern of my husband's health. We were made to feel like we were waiting their time. I'm so disappointed with the care we received,!

I can’t remember the doctors name but I know his nurses name is Brittany, Brittany and the doctor she helps are both amazing. He was super genuine and caring. I appreciate being taken care of and both their genuine feelings for my well being. Thank you both please keep up the good work not all nurses/doctors are like you two.

The urgent care was great. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone there was very caring. They were also thorough. I got a shot and a prescription. I would definitely go back there if needed.

It's ok. One of the only urgent cares in Rexburg, so if you need a walk-in clinic it's what's there. I've been a few times. Its often a really long wait, 1-2 hours, even when theres was only a few people in the waiting room. A couple of the staff are nice, but some are kind of unprofessional. Not bad, just an inexperienced vibe. The doc was ok. Once, they took a really long time getting my results back to me about a pretty important ultrasound of my gut, like a little less than a week instead of a day or two like they were supposed to, and I eventually had to call to bug them about it. I had a pretty good idea of what was going on already and was able to change my diet enough to make life liveable with some private research, but if I hadn't I would've spent a week in painful confused limbo, not knowing how to help myself. After that experience I try to make appointments elsewhere.

This Urgent Care offers reasonably services and generally short wait times. The staff are friendly, helpful, and exactly what you would hope healthcare staff to be like. Don't really have anything to complain about from my visit here. They weren't exactly able to help, however it turned out to be a specialist problem, and they were able to give much needed pain relief and point me in the right direction. They take the student health plan if you are with DMBA.

I went here at 8:45pm on a weeknight 15 mins before closing and asked if I was okay to stay after hours. The very nice receptionist helped me check in and assured me that I would be able to get treated that night, as I was bleeding from a head wound and needed stitches. The nurse then came out and strongly hinted that we should find another facility as the doctor would be another 30 minutes. I said I was fine to wait considering the circumstances, and at that point she told me to either go to a 24hr care in Idaho falls or the ER. Not happy about that considering my forehead was bleeding and I was pressing it with a dirty t shirt to stop the bleeding.

Very pleasant experience. They got me in very quickly, and the nurse was so kind and friendly. I was in terrible pain and both the nurse and PA were kind and took me seriously and quickly got me the antibiotics I needed.

After testing positive for strep throat and completing my 10 days of antibiotics my strep throat still wasn’t better I had started to run a fever again, my lymph nodes had swelled back up, throat was red and irritated. So, I decided to go back and do a follow up there. Well when we were in the room the PA we were seeing was very dismissive of our concerns and kept on telling me to lay low and just hydrate. He was very disrespectful and would not listen to anything we had to say and was very pushy about doing another test that I had absolutely no symptoms for. I have now made appointment with a different doctor that I will be seeing tomorrow. I will not be coming back to this clinic and will be going to a different urgent care from now on. Very disappointed in their patient care.

Everyone that works here is so nice and caring! Definitely the best urgent care around!
