5 Stars across the board. The entire team were so professional and compassionate. Having been an Executive Director with another agency, I knew what to expect. But, it was all the little things that Nancy and her team were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time for our dying friend that made all the difference. Without hesitation, I would recommend this hospice team to any person looking for the best care in the Magic Valley.
I have had a personal and professional relationship with Idaho Home Health & Hospices social worker, Lejla Becirovic, she is compassionate and caring. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so talented in her work and in her personal activities. Having her as an employee would benefit anyone she would come into contact with.
Idaho Home Health is staffed with the most genuine and caring people. They came, they understood, they guided and supported, they followed us thru to the gentle end. They have a great process and provide the very best of service during what could be a stressful time. I wish to especially thank Terri and Grace, you were superb.
IHHH not only helped me after hip replacement surgery they cared for my mother who had Parkinson’s. They kept her going strong until she couldn’t go further. Then hospice helped her make it to the finish line. Kind caring and with total dignity mom had the best care available. I’ll never forget them, I’ll never be able to thank them enough and I’ll never be able to sing praises loud enough to show the debts of my gratitude. Thank you all forevermore! Xoxo
