The Sleep Study is a longitudinal study about sleep, health and behavior.
The ISU Sleep Study is a longitudinal study about sleep, health and behavior. The main goal of the study is to understand how sleep affects physical health, mental health and social behavior over time. The study is funded by the National Institute of Health and carried out in the Department of Psychology at Idaho State University.
Activities include interviews, questionnaires, cognitive tests, wearing an activity watch, and sleep assessment.
