Total waste of time. I just needed to spray off my motorcycle. Takes 3 bucks to start and by the time you fool around with their touch screens half of your time is wasted. It seems like their system was designed to NOT let you wash your vehicle. 2 minutes for 3$ is a ripoff.

DO NOT wash your car here. Never been anywhere this bad. Vacuum had almost no suction. The"high pressure" soap had no pressure, at all. And the rinse barely came out. Absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to wash my car. On my way to another car wash now because I just wasted my time and money.

Yesterday I was in a rush to run an errand for a friend. I pulled up to vacuum out my car to transport food. Both vacuums closest to Burgers etc., were not marked out of order, however neither one worked. I tried to call to see if I could get my money back because they didnt come on. No one answered my call. I didnt want to try other vacuums in case they took my money too. It was around 1pm.

It's ok. A lot of their washers and dryers are out of service. Including the change machine. There's usually no one there if there's any problems. If there is you have to hunt down the phone number to call them. They have the dryers turned way down so you have to waste more money to dry your clothes.

Got charged 15 for a wash and no wash was provided. I understand a $5.00 minium. But i canceled everything. Bull! No tenant on duty. No current phone number. Never again.

Idaho Suds is a bit small, but I have never experienced any troubles with their self service wash bays. The prices are competitive with others in the Burley area and there isn't usually much of a wait.

I lost $1.25 in the machine to get the air fresheners and window wipe. It would have got more if it worked. And the phone # on the door doesn't work anymore so you can't call any one.

I have been here but after today will NEVER go back. I ran my card. Big mistake! It said I was approved for $15. We we used $6 and it took $15 out of my account! What a RIP off!
