I have been their client for over a year and I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the overall experience I had every time I visited. The atmosphere of the place is warm, staff is very welcoming and they go above and beyond in addressing every request or concern I have about the procedures. I am getting my Dysport injections every 3 months, and I have to say, the injectors are doing wonderful job! I also got my lip injections and I am loving the result! My lips look fabulous! I have to mention I was a little bit scared before the procedure, but they were extremely gentle, so I didn’t feel any pain at all. The injector took the time to explain the procedure in detail and I have been following the instructions of aftercare and got an amazing results. I would highly recommend Ideal Health, they truly are the best!

Excellent service, professional and caring. This includes the entire staff that I met! Rachel, the Nurse, is so kind, knowledgeable and honest about what can and can’t be accomplished and Anna and Joanna were also very sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Ideal to my friends.

Not happy about my experience here. I paid a ton of money for 80 units of dysport which is double what I usually get. 40 units totally freezes my forehead and my crows feet.. I’m assuming the nurses don’t know how to inject because I came back after 2 weeks with wrinkles in my forehead and they did a “touch up” that did absolutely nothing. Still have wrinkles and spent $300 on NOTHING. Save your money and go to a better place like Reddy Aesthetics. Will never come back. Sad I got scammed.

I’ve gone to Ideal Health multiple times for Dysport, and each time has been an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Terry has been awesome and thoughtful each time I’ve visited. I’ll continue to return!

I promise you, this is only the truth. It’s been about a year since I visited this office, and I am still very upset about the money I lost at this office. I was very excited because I had gotten Botox a long time ago before that and I thought I’d at least get same results or close to what I got at this other doctor/office. But it was a complete disappointment. I remember the first time I got Botox i felt results and could see it right away. but this doctor seemed to have injected water or anything else but Botox. Got no result at all. I called this office asking for my money back. They said they could set up another appointment for me, I said no.she said she would call me back, she was going to ask the doctor if they could give me my money back she never called back. I kept calling, they just played dumb.

Love this place! The experience is always top notch and they have such a friendly staff. Prices are unbeatable too. Will be continuing to come for a long time :

I've had nothing but great experiences. I originally bought a Groupon for Dysport. Terry was my injector and listened to what I wanted, even though he didn't necessarily agree with it frozen face --but that's what I asked for so he obliged Sorry Terry but I love it I decided in that first appointment that I wanted to do some lips. I felt really comfortable with him and I could tell had a lot of knowledge. I let him do his thing as my lips are hard to work with and I've had the dreaded duck lip before. He was honest about what previous injectors had done and what he would do/correct. He dissolved some, put some product back, and is very conservative to ensure the best results. I have had very minor bruising which for me is unheard of. I totally trust him and he is my go to injector from now on! Thanks Terry

I received Dysport 2 weeks ago, and I’m honestly very sad and disappointed. I expressed my areas of concern and 2 weeks later- they have the same movement as before. In the room I was told 60 units and then up front I was charged for 80. I didn’t protest because I didn’t want to be a “Karen”. I just accepted it and left unhappy but hopeful. Unfortunately I have no results “80” units later.

I found this place through groupon for my b12 shots, but i have been returning back for several different services. This place is awesome and staff is even better, they are professional and highly knowledgeable about all the services they provide. Renee and her assistant are always accommodating to all of my questions and concerns i have regarding the treatment i am getting done. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking into getting enhancing their looks through fillers or vampire facial!
