I purchased a lifetime membership guarantee, but when I reported that the procedure did not work at all, they called me in for a service and claimed that certain people show results while others don't. This implies that only the people displayed on their website, particularly Caucasians, would experience results. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and received a new set of treatments, with one excluded that I had to pay for at a significant discount. However, when I inquired about the discount, it was only half the cost of the full four-treatment package. I am currently disputing this with my bank and considering taking them to small claims court. Furthermore, it is documented that the procedure will only be effective if all four treatments are completed within two weeks. Providing me with just three treatments was a waste of time since it is unlikely to produce any results. During the three treatments I did receive, the machine malfunctioned twice, causing oil to spill all over my body, shirt, and shorts. They had to order a part to fix the leaking issue. When I complained about this, they redirected me to talk to someone at the clinic for assistance, stating that they couldn't help me at Ideal Image. It is important to be aware that the procedures they advertise only work on certain people and body types, so it is advisable not to waste your money. Their customer service is incredibly slow, taking days to respond, and no one ever answers your calls or returns them.
My Technician was extremely helpful, kind, accommodating. She answered all of questions above and beyond, she told me what to expect. She provided me with her recommendations. She checked on me constantly and made sure I was comfortable. We chatted about things for awhile. I felt extremely comfortable with her and hope to have her for my following procedures.Services: CoolSculpting treatments
The practitioners were professional at all times , very complimentary to my self esteem, provided informative answers to my questions ! I felt prepared in what to expect for post procedure expectations! The best attention to every detail of my BBL experience was described during the visit! I would recommend Ideal Image Edina MN from the front reception to the wave goodbye on my exit I felt like a welcomed guest and look forward to my next service! I had a great experience with Janelle and staff while getting cool sculpt done on my flanks in the Edina location. I felt safe and received honest feedback about areas I wanted treatments and I appreciated it very much plus time spent there was quicker than expected, in and out. It was very comfortable I even fell asleep during treatment.Service: CoolSculpting treatments
Update: no one ever called me as they promised in their response. Additionally, I was just informed that their new policy states that all laser touch ups can only be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. As someone who needs to take off work unless there are weekend appointments available, it is nearly impossible to be seen for a touch up in the past I’ve booked several months out to make sure I can get the appointment day/time I need. It feels like they are trying to minimize people utilizing their lifetime guarantee services. Had I known I wouldn’t have been able to actually get touch ups after the initial service, I would have pursued treatments elsewhere. ———— Really bummed to see the major price increase since my last appointment. Prices everywhere are increasing with inflation, but a 100% increase is excessive in my opinion. I purchased the "lifetime guarantee" which includes 90% off touch ups for life. At my most recent appointment, I was quoted over $600 for a single touch up. And this is after paying almost $6000 for the initial 10 months of treatments. As much as I've been happy with the reduction in hair growth after laser hair removal, I would have thought twice had I known I would still need 3-4 costly treatments per year for maintenance. As an aside, all of the nurses I've worked with have been wonderful to work with. Management, not so much.Service: Laser hair removal
I had a not even 8minutes appointment and it hurt so bad and I was told it’s going to hurt for a while. It still hurts month + after the 5/8 minutes appointment. I had to go see a doctor for help it hurt so bad. I didn’t even finish an appointment and I said I didn’t want to continue the services. I even called to cancel all appointments and then collections starting to harass me. I was being charged the 4k and I didn’t even finish half my first appointment. I called and the lady was so horrible snapping and yelling at me then she transfers me to another lady who was just as horrible. She was like I have done the procedure myself and it hurt. Very insensitive person. I was told use a different service or give it to my friends or family. They do not tell you in the phone interview I had my roommate next to me and we were discussing it even she said the same or make it known you do not get to cancel or stop. No matter what you have to pay the 4k. I would not recommend ideal image.. They are very insensitive and only want the money. Once you give them your card info you can not stop their services no matter what. Don’t do it.

Erica was perfect! All the staff here are professional, courteous, and caring. The laser hair removal services are effective, even for women with PCOS. Ten years after my first series of treatments, I still don't need to take advantage of the available discounted touch-ups. I extensively researched all options before choosing Ideal Image, and I've found it well worth the price. I did another round of research before coming back for another treatment area and still found that Ideal Image is the best in the metro. Thanks to all the staff!Service: Laser hair removal

@ Lauren Bruehl, thanks for the genuine feedback and your experience. I am currently in search of getting my permanent laser hair removal for me and shopping around for the best place. I have read your comment/ review and decided not to go here. These people are bullying for money THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING HONEST!!! Guys we need reviews from one who completed treatment and after the treatment is completed if we want to go back for touch ups for further then how is the place treating us? So here I see they r charging like extra for lifetime access and then when we call for appointment they r not responding… GOOD!!!!
