Very disappointed in this practice. They placed my iud and not once did a follow up. Told me their system was unable to schedule my follow up visit as it didn’t allow them that far in the future. They also “apparently” informed their patients of this practice closing. I was however NOT notified and left my medical unattend and refused to be seen. I had placed trust in them and they failed me. I’m glad I’m moving onto a different practice where my medical won’t be ignored.
Easy to make an appointment. Every staff member has been beyond friendly. Appointments are quick and to-the-point without feeling rushed. The doctors/midwives address every concern you may have. Couldn't ask for a better OBGYN office.
My friends... Prima Bella and ITG are by far the best choice for me and my health. From the check-in call where the receptionist recognized me to the office visit both the nurse and the midwife to the check-out person, all staff are personal and know me, not just my name, they know me! ITG has been a life-saver as well. Lindsey and Gail have supported me in figuring out this diet/lifestyle that has changed my life. Some people may look to visiting and talking about diet as treacherous, but Gail makes the appointment a caring and uplifting moment in my week. Thank you all at Prima Bella and ITG!
So, this location canceled an appointment for my daughter because one of their providers left. They rescheduled for a month later. My wife was told to fill out an online form. My wife works with various online platforms and is far from computer illiterate. After man attempts and a password reset request, the “portal” would not work. She then feuded to go to appointment and get assistance during daughters appointment. When she arrived, she was told her appointment was canceled because form wasn’t fill out BEFORE coming to office. She explained issues with login and receptionist refused to hear her out. After much back and forth, my wife was offered a later appointment with a different doctor since she “needed help” filling out form. In other words, her already rescheduled appointment was pushed back another hour because their system wasn’t working properly
The receptionists and nurses were very kind and responsive, and were able to connect with me. However, when the doctor came into the room I was in, everything changed. I had a whole list of symptoms that I had experienced, and a whole list of natural methods that I had formerly tried in order to alleviate the symptoms. Without even listening to my symptoms, she already knew what she was going to prescribe me. She had up the wrong chart, and did not notice I was a different person throughout half the appointment!!! Very unprofessional. Very impersonal, and when it came time to get a prescription, she was very pushy and money-oriented. We called in to complain about the appointment, as we were very dissatisfied, and more than anything, wanted the office manager to know about the mix-up, in which I was given information about another patient, including a first name, and short kind of medical history including the prescriptions she was formerly taking, and the office manager was extremely rude. She lied about the amount of time I was in the office with the doctor, and was extremely rude about the complaint, and tried to blame say that I was the one who was being rude, despite just trying to explain the situation that occured to her. I am completely unsatisfied, and will not be returning for another appointment. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!
I've been a longtime patient of these ladies and I'm thrilled with the new office. I feel like my needs are always attended to, my concerns are addressed, and I'm not just another patient number. The personal attention is outstanding, as is the bedside manner. Yes, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, depending on who has gone into labor, but it's definitely worth waiting for!
I am over the moon happy with the care and passion that comes from every single woman that works here.. I felt empowered as a woman with knowledge and love for myself during pregnancy and my baby before and after he was born! Jessica and Shannon are kind loving souls that make you want to help change the world! For one of a kind Fabolous care ..check this place out!! Gratitude and appreciation for you all
I have had numerous issues with the receptionist here. They called to reschedule my appointment. When I called them back they informed me they didn’t have anything for a couple months. I was worried because my prescription was running out. The receptionist told me I was “irresponsible” for not scheduling a appointment sooner. It wouldn’t have been a issue but THEY canceled my appointment which then lead it to being late. I was responsible and had this appointment set up for months leading up to it.
I've never left a Google review before, but felt compelled to after reading these other poor 1 star reviews. This facility is wonderful... The staff is courteous, and the doctors are amazing! I've been a patient for almost 7 years, and that includes 2 pregnancies/c-sections. I've never been even slightly mistreated, and have no complaints. Would highly recommend! One last thing... I find it extremely odd that the poor reviews on here all have to do with this group being money hungry.
Never been here, just called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist She’s really quite unkind sounding while using kind words. Condescending and contrite, why? It’s okay you’re booked out why are you rude if I’m asking for an appointment this week? Why would I know your schedule? Missed a new patient here, and yes I have insurance, she seemed VERY concerned about insurance. Does it matter? Have you seen my bank account. She’s overly familiar for having never spoken to her before.
