Idealease of Savannah

This is my second encounter with this location. I specifically dealt with Tommy on both occasions. The first was an insurance repair for which Tommy did everything that was needed to make things work for our schedule and situation. The work was good and at that point, I would not have had a problem using them again. We just had a second issue come up and a truck needed towed into them for an estimate. This situation was very delicate and Tommy stepped up. I do not want to give details, but I do want to point out that the approach he took of People First was very refreshing and showed him to be a person of great integrity and character. Thank you for the personal way you handled our situation and the approach you took for all of those that were involved.
