Idle Zone Restaurant & Bar

I love this place!! The wings are fantastic with the Medium heat sauce. I typically get fries for my side, but here I get the fried okra because it just grew to my liking. Great music on Sundays as well. Great bar and grill overall!!

I was there this past weekend, we came up on our boat with 15 people including children. Our party sat at 2 different tables and we had separate servers. The other table ordered approximately 5-10 minutes before we did, they received all their food and was finished eating, it was now 50-60 minutes after we had ordered and still did not have our appetizer of Mac n cheese bites delivered. Our server came to our table at that 50-60 minute time and told one of the people at our table they did not have the food he ordered. One of the cooks was eating food, and heard him tell the server he didn’t care if we got our food! At that time we decided to leave and go somewhere else on the chain to eat. We told our server, she said she was sorry and didn’t blame us for leaving. We left her a $20 tip. This was not our first time at Idle Zone, we always enjoyed coming there to eat. We have been there several times either by boat or we drove up to enjoy the day! Was very disappointed in the way we were treated and the cooks attitude! I know if it happened to us how many other customers experienced not getting their food as well!

Nice and clean! Service was awesome! Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu! 12-18-17, I had the blackened fish tacos. They were good. I would have them again.

It took two hours to get our food , 8 chicken wings while we're pretty good. Yet even though the food was good our waitress never came by to say sorry your food is taking so long , or even ask to refill our drinks. They definitely deserve the name IDLE

Service was not great, the food was less than desirable. Ordered fried mushrooms they were ok. Wing basket the sauce was bland and the fries were plan and full of greese. Ordered medium 1/4 burger with no cheese and took almost an hour came well done and had to remind staff that we did not want cheese. Oh and by the we got our bill before all our food was served. This was on a less than busy night only had 4 tables at most and no more than 11 guest at this time. Unfortunate

Spent my 21st birthday here and the waitress was AMAZING. She even found my favorite beer that was hidden back in the cooler area! I had thought that would not have my beer in here, but to my surprise they did! Thanks for the great birthday party!

Small town lakeside bar and grill with perfect friendly atmosphere. Seating is avail inside with the AC and outside by the water. Only beer And wine but the food is way better than any bar around!! Karaoke on Fri and Sat nights starting at 8 by the best KJ in the area. Restrooms are always clean and the service is always good.

Cool shack looking out a small lake with a nice view. Shaded outdoor seating area or you can hide away from the love bugs in the screened patio. Good specials but simple pub fare. Good service.

Second time to Winter Haven Idle Zone great atmosphere, amazing KJ & Singers. Amazing fried pickles I recently moved to Winter Haven and happy I found a place that I can get good food, meet nice people & awesome karaoke! Will be back.

Our first time there, wings were superb and the homemade fries are perfect, next time I think hubby is going to get the hot wings those things are smothered in sauce. Will definitely be back.
