Very very unprofessional as soon as the non Factory screen they put in failed it was my fault and was murder trying to get my money back and still charged me over $110 for labor from a child that thought they knew what they were doing putting my screen in. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy please do not go here. Update my phone that was supposedly unrepairable because it was the phone not screen which I am writing this message on was not true I took my phone to the only Asus dealer here in North America which was New York over a hundred and twenty five mile Drive and then after they got through putting my new Asus screen and revealing that there was no felt backing to the screen that was installed I understand the problem there's supposed to be a felt backing to your touch screen phone so that you can press on the phone screen without the backer screen cracking and releasing all the fluid from the LCD screen into other parts and I am very displeased with all the accusations towards the fact that I had broken the screen and not wanted to tell them the college students that are working there who have barely any experience in the real world when it comes to cell phone repair should understand that when installing a phone screen you need to have the proper one in order to make it work properly I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy this place is a sham and I will be going back for my labor deposit
I just had my S7 Edge repaired at UDrop it. I was on the fence. I bought a new sell phone to save money and within 15 days i dropped my new cell in the toilet. I was forced to get my edge fixed. Every store i went to tried to charge almost 300$. My daughter asked around and a co worker recommended it highly. Becki at UDrop it was very nice a professional, a trait that is missed in the customer sale. She took the time to show me all my options. She gave me the best price and saved me money. My phone was fixed in a timely fashion. The phone looked brand new. I was very pleased with the service all around. Thank you Becki for all your help
I got my iPhone 6s screen repaired after dropping it in a water and the screen stopped working. The repair was fast and easy. The staff went above and beyond to explain everything and fix the phone correctly. No sales pitch or anything like that. I would go back if i ever needed any other repairs done! The only thing that i noticed was with the new screen on my 6s is that the click and pop on apps to open the most used features didn't work. I never used that feature in the 4 years i had the phone and i wont miss it.
They repaired the back glass on my Google Pixel phone and it now looks as good as new. They gave a quote over the phone, asked for payment up front, since it was a special order part. The replacement glass arrived a week later. I dropped off the phone for repair and it was ready in two hours as promised. The service is expert, fast and friendly.
Very disappointed. Paid $100 to replace iPhone 6S screen with OEM screen. Noticed a subtle glitch on bottom of display in car ride home. Called next day and reported the problem-was assured of guarantee. Visited store that evening. They insisted the phone was dropped and refused to fix screen. I assured them we did not drop the phone. Then they tried to negotiate replacement for half -price. I said forget it. I can't recommend them. I had a similar experience with another phone at Apple Store where I had paid 130 to replace a screen that turned out to be bad a week later. They replaced it. Apple parts and a guarantee that stands up. Forget uDroppedIt.
Went in for a charge port replacement iPhone 6. Becky, upon processing my phone for repair, quickly and effectively determined the charge failure to be caused by lint build-up in port. She thoroughly cleaned the charge port and other trouble areas and informed me of the actual issue. After refusing to accept payment for the repair, she returned my phone to me working perfectly and charging properly. Anyone looking for excellent and honest service should look no further than iDropped of Wilbraham.
I dropped is without a doubt the most efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating repair service in the area. I have had need for repairs, questions and help with several phones and computers during the past 2 years. I have always been more than satisfied with their expert and timely service.. Wonderful group of professionals!
By far the best experience I’ve ever had regarding any type of business. These people are the best! They helped us this past Christmas with my sons iPad. I had a horrible experience with another place that did repairs on apple products. I shared that info and they decided to cover my bill at their expense because of the experience I had at another business? Hello? How often does that happen! They literally saved our Christmas! My wife was so happy and grateful. They actually did a fantastic job on the repairs, the iPad looked brand new! And of course they threw in an iPad cover, which was also free! They also repaired my wife’s iPad the day after Christmas, and we couldn’t pick it up until today. They showed more patience than I could have ever shown. U dropped it! Best repair place hands down!
