The technician, Nate, was very upfront and honest about everything. He repaired my phone in mere hours, and it was a very good price! He was also very friendly, and helpful regarding questions. Definitely returning in the event of another technician problem!

gave me a cheap screen not anything like the screen meant for a iphone 11 pro max and literally four days later after a drop of only a couple feet with a case on top it is complete shattered. when he installed he gave me a defective screen and it wasn’t until after he installed and tried to say it was done that i noticed the screen he put on was glitching and messed up and it took a whole other day to fix it. i wish i never have had my screen replaced here it would have been easier and less expensive to keep the cracked apple screen on. now i have to type this review on a shattered screen that barely works to hopefully save some people from making the same mistake that I did. even for the price this was one of the worst decisions I have made.

Edgar is a super nice dude, very willing to help, very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Superior prices over everywhere local when I was calling around for a screen repair everywhere in Aurora, and I’m sure all other repairs follow that pattern. Got my phone back while I was still in the store! Go here, I’m telling you. Saved my a** being miles from home and in the military with a phone that had important data. I avoided paying more than twice as much at ubreakifixit , and avoided losing my data and being forced to get a new phone immediately through AppleCare.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s my second time coming here different phone and both times I’ve been treated so well. They care about troubleshooting to get to the root of the problem and are skilled at it. The person running the store today was so helpful and ended up resolving my problem without the use of a Groupon and suggested I get a refund.

Matthew rocks! I was shocked at the cost of fixing a screen on my iPhone 6s, but with Matt, I saved about 50% of what I saw offered through businesses like Batteries Plus and UBreakIFix. Thank goodness. He was ultra-responsive by text, we met at a my neighborhood Starbucks the same day, and within 10-15 minutes my screen problems were fixed! I wanted to write this so others would not have to waste their hard earned cash elsewhere! I am so grateful.

Would have gone with iFixPhones for the service and speed alone -- let alone the fact that the rates were the best in the area... Highly recommend for any phone repair needs! My iPhone XS is working perfectly and I could not be happier!

Have sold defective phones to me before . Knowledgeable but for some reason didn’t instal my iPhone screen correctly , I let them know at the store didn’t do much about it , will offer deals then when you say yes , get cold feet . No guarantee on any of the work . Terrible place to get your phone fixed or to buy used phone
