Need to be clear from the beginning,.. if the charge for estimates says how much they charge before arrive, and provide you cost of labor remember not job is to small.. .
Ignacio is a total con man he does very bad work . His website says he is honest and ethical but he is a grifter . He left me with an expensive sagging floor and numerous mistakes and would not fix his bad work . This guy will burn you. Hire at your own risk
