I got a box from my brother and sister-in-law, unfortunately the cheese was expired! Call customer service and you have to leave message waited 24 hours before a response. They did send another box but one of the cheeses is expired!! When dealing with perishable food there needs to be quality control! Would never order from them!
Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. I placed an order on December 16th with express shipping to be here in time for Christmas. They generated a label on December 23rd and assured me it would deliver Saturday December 24th, but didn't bother to actually ship it. FedEx never scanned it. After issuing a complaint demanding a refund or I would dispute the charge, they refunded me and apologized for running my Christmas macaroni and cheese recipe. Thank got they feel bad for being so incompetent they can't ship an order in over a week. Literally use any other site before buying from these people.
I placed an order on November 24 to be delivered Dec. 16 they offer delayed delivery. Paid in advance. On the expected day of delivery I still hadn't received a shipping notice. I call and there is only a recording saying all agents are busy and to try the live chat on the website. I try that, no agent is available. I email and get a form response. Back to the live chat. Despite ordering *well* in advance, they "expect" my order will arrive by 12/24 but no guarantee. I ask for a refund. I am told the request needs to be approved and it'll take several business days. Would not recommend given poor service and lack of proactive communication regarding delays.
You lost a lot of customers this year. Check out your recent reviews - all of the same complaints. Communication would have gone a long way. After literally ZERO communication, your customers received no updates regarding delivery delays until we apparently all had to reach out ourselves to ask where our orders were AFTER the orders were scheduled to be delivered. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be ordering from elsewhere in the future. Pathetic.
I chose iGourmet for a major online cheese delivery order during the plague, after rejecting Murray's Cheese Shop in NYC, for their blatant rip-off prices. I ordered about $280 worth of cheese from iGourmet, and, everything arrived perfectly, shipped via FedEx overnight, in an insulated box with gel-packs. The cheeses come vacuum-sealed, so, they will last a long time in your fridge, until you open them. iGourmet offers a fantastic selection of imported cheeses at very reasonable prices. I ordered a wide variety of stuff -- goat cheese; Italian hard cheeses for grating over pasta; blue cheeses; soft cheeses, smoked cheeses, etc. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use these folks, again, and, I highly recommend them.
I'm Very Pleased!! I had sent my son 2 Thanksgiving dinners along with a pumpkin pie, and he exclaimed that it was really delicious!!! Thank you, for making his day special!! It also arrived on time!!
Received package cheese was hot. Called customer service and they sent out new order very good customer service very good cheese. I am very happy.I will order from you again.
igourmet absolutely knocked it out of the park.I ordered a bunch of cheddar cheese and some swiss cheese and they taste great.I have been looking for a place that has every cheese I'm after at one place and igourmet definitely that place for me.5 stars for sure.
If you are a foodie, this place is your heaven. The assortment of meats and cheeses is beyond description. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Warning, once you start trying their cheeses you will never stop!!
Cheese was molded and expired, I called them up and they laughed and hung up the phone on me. The pepper jam jar was cracked and leaking. Never again.
