These were the BEST Pancakes I have had in my life. Literally I have been occasionally going to different diners and different locations like Dennys and other IHOPS but everytime my pancakes would be hard, thin and terrible even when I sent them back and got them remade... but at THIS location they know how to make pancakes!!! It was AMAZING, Our waiter was friendly to! I Highly recommend the Vanilla Spice pancakes
It’s the most awful IHOP i have ever been to!! Service was super slow here!! Expect a long wait for food.. also I didn’t like my food here. I always choose Chicken Fazita whenever i visit IHOP. Here, it was more greasy and chicken was just okay!! I won’t recommend this IHOP for your breakfast!!
Ordered sirloin tips for carry out. Did not get the sauteed mushrooms and onions that were supposed to be on it. Also did not receive my salad. The potato pancakes were nothing more than crispy, overcooked crumbs. First and last time I'll order from there.
Good service, food was fresh and delicious! Wasn’t busy at all, we were seated right away. Location is near freeway, it’s worth the drive for a clean dining room and kind servers.
Service was quick and the food was good.. Great waitress and a nice family restaurant. I will visit again. This I HOPE looked a little different than what I am used to seeing in a very good way and much cleaner because there was no carpet on the floors I think it was laminet wood flooring. Nice touch!.
This was a Monday. The place was empty other than one other table with two elderly people sitting at it. I have a dairy allergy. I told them this upfront and asked for an allergy menu. They didn't have one. So, I googled it. Things did not line up. I requested hashbrowns that were listed as dairy free and they said that they cook them in butter at this restaurant. Didn't offer to even try making them for me without. I asked if they could check if the bread was dairy free and the waitress stumbled around saying that she was sure wheat toast would be dairy free. Later I again request that she double check before I ate it, she stumbled around again and finally checked. When they brought out my pitiful breakfast of wheat toast, eggs, and a half of a tiny slice of ham I asked for a second slice. I waited, no ham, no ham. I finally went ahead and ate. Then she brought out the bill. With a charge of extra ham. When I mentioned that I never got extra ham and should not be charged for it, she ran around and brought out a plate with a full slice of ham that had been quartered but at this point I had already eaten my meal. When I said that I wanted it with my meal and that she had already brought us the check so obviously she thought we were done, she then said, "The policy here is to bring out the check after you take your first bite. I don't like it but that's the policy". Mind you she brought us the check After I had already eaten my whole meal. All of us were done eating our meals. She did not even try to be accommodating, she never brought us refills until we complained about the check, and was constantly acting as if we were a bother. After we complained about the check she was falling over herself to actually try to be a waitress that cares. Not once did the manager come to our table. We will not be going back.
The waitress were very friendly but we waited almost an hour for 1 burger meal we were splitting. The sandwich was good but there were maybe 10 tables being used in the whole place. An hour seems like a long time when the place was not busy at all. And it didn't seem like servers were assigned tables. We had probably 4 different people come to our table and all the others as well. I honestly think they were the only 4 waitresses in the place. The other thing that makes this place lose stars in my book is that the place was dead and we were taken to a corner booth with a hole in the seat as big as a dinner plate. It was dark and made the place feel rundown. Not sure why they would seat people in these booths and leave the nice booths by the sunshine empty and waiting..... The place overall has the feel of a hotel lobby that hasnt been refurbished since 1999 and the outside of the building makes you wonder if this wasn't originally a goodwill.
Early morning appointments allow for ample opportunity to stop by some old standby's. Between planned meetings, I figured iHop would be a good place to waste some time. I was right. This one is located right off Euclid in one of the many plazas along this road. The staff were polite, attentive and friendly. My server, Tanya, was very sweet. So what did I munch on? And for how much? Okay, $18. Yup that's it, $18. Short stack of fluffy, smooth blueberry pancakes topped with butter and my choice of syrup. I had blueberry, old fashioned maple, strawberry and Maple pecan to choose from. Had to go with the old fashioned on half and the blueberry on the other. Don't really remember the blueberry being that sugary sweet. But that was the only issue. Next, create your own omelet and a side of hasbrowns. Eggs, cheese, onions, peppers and ham with a crunchy mix in of griddle potato strips. Top that off with ketchup and hot sauce and you've got me. Heck, throw in a side of buttery sourdough toast and it's a perfect breakfast. There were no complaints on this one. And who can forget your personal pot of coffee? Cuz it's your personal pot of coffee! Lots of fresh pot of coffee.... Now something to me that tells me how a restaurant is run is the condition of the bathrooms. The main Restaurant was clean, the bathrooms.... They both smelled clean and were clean! Dry floors, dry counters, clean white toilet bowls and stocked. Just as it should be.
If you want to come here plan that you gonna spend half a day to be seated and served Restaurant is not eve half full but we are waiting 40 min for food to be served And the food is nothing special for the waiting time
I took well over an hour to get two over easy eggs grits sausages and pancakes the place was completely empty. It was my first time at Ihop I was not impressed at all! The grits tasted like they came from a microwave packet the sausages were barely cooked no color on them And the over easy eggs believe it or not were under cooked! The pancakes were flat and dense and thin! The best thing about the entire meal was the butter pecan syrup! Smh!
