Wait staff was wonderful! Our meals arrived in a timely manner. It was nice and hot. Micquel have us such excellent service! She came back to the table to check if we needed anything.One of the kids was unhappy about their order and she was so kind and empathetic. She fixed it. She was absolutely wonderful!!
The food was delicious. The service was great. The only problem was the seating. The restaurant was visibly empty with at least 90% of the tables empty, yet there was almost 30 people waiting to be seated. It literally took them 30 minutes to decide to start sitting the customers. Their lack of organization was the reason why they lost two stars.
Received ice cold food with only an apology from the waitress. Never once tried to make it right. Never saw or spoke with a manager. Could hear vulgarity filled rap music coming from the kitchen F word and N word nonstop. Steak tips were so overcooked they were like old beef jerky. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were both refrigerator cold. Also charged me $5 for an apple juice! Highly disappointed, as this used to be a good location for service and food. Not anymore... Won't be back.
The food was really good but the service was okay. The waitress we had, she had to sit us down because the host passed us like 5 times and nothing. Even other servers just looked at us and didn't even sit us.
So I walked in and nobody at the counter to greet you. I waited 5 minutes before I walked to the kitchen and the lady said I will be with you in a minute. So I went back up front and about three minutes later I finally got seated. There was about 3 couples seated in the whole restaurant at this time. The coffee wasn't the greatest. I ordered the breakfast sampler but didn't want ham and replaced it with bacon. The food was good the water was good. The lady that served was good. So the server and the food is what gave this restaurant the 2nd and 3rd star. The place was clean and was well decorated for Christmas. I know its Christmas time but they could play a mix of music as well instead of all Christmas music.
Everything was cooked and whooped into perfection. Me and my girl had foodgasms. Best breakfast of the year so far!! We went at lunch time. Good professional crew!
It had to be said Mss Madam Manager Is sur Running a great business in this location. Great Joyful service reflects on how great of a team they are. someone does not need to meet the kitchen staff to know they are a great team back there, Food was hot, Rich in flavor and got to us in a great time. Our Server Deborah , dedicated her time to know our three different personalities not many will care for this detail She understood my husband’s broken english as we are hispanic, My Autistic 22yr old Son is a plus for us. And we’ll what can I say about me, Happy family, Happy Momma. God bless this business . We will pray for great spirit people come and apply, to join this business team and keep the running as they are. Safety and cleanness is implemented in this location. It was good , but I just want to know why the tables don't have salt and pepper shakers on them , they have all the other condiment's on the table ???Food: 3/5
The entire was, just okay. When we walked in the restaurant we were greeted, but it took sometime for us to be seated. This person said, oh someone will be with you in a minute. When the hostess finally came out she had the look of disgust and had no idea where to seat us. They were also out of mayonnaise. Needless to say, we won't be going back to that particular IHOP. I
Food and service was equally matched. Definitely glad we came back for secondsFood: 5/5
