Late night and IHOP was one of the few places still open. So we decided to give it another try. This time around the server was very friendly, as was the chef.Food: 5/5
Came here for the first time earlier this morning with my dad, step mom and family for breakfast. The staff was friendly and our waiter which I forget her name also was friendly, sweet, seemed cool & did everything she can do to get us taken care of. The country fried steak and eggs was good. They seemed to have a good selection of menu items to choose from. The only small hiccup was the service on some items for some my family members was a little slow which wasn't even our waiter fault either & it just turned out to be that they were a little short staffed which was understandable. I was grateful they gave my dad which he was the one buying a 10 percent discount which was fair. If an opportunity arises I would return again for breakfast
Very sweet girls that work there they seem to work their butts off. They are good waitresses. Make sure you guys tip. They work hard they make 3 bucks an hour which I think people don't know that. I think they deserve all the tips people can afford. 5 stars thank you for the awesome service.Food: 5/5
I hop is always delicious. The staff at this location is awesome. Our server was super chill and fun made our visit that much better. I got the cina-stack it was really good. Very sweet so if you don't like too sweet don't get those. The coffee was also delicious and they cooked my egg exactly how I like it Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. The servers are great with kids and lots of food options kids can choose from
The last time I visited this location, they were super busy, so it took a really long time to order and get our food. We decided to try it again, and hardly anyone was there. Again, it took a long time to bring our food. The food was ok but not great, especially for the price. My daughter ordered crepes, which were tiny and left her still hungry. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and quiet. Our server was friendly.
This place had the most calm and understanding staff. They were very polite . They are a little slow to get your order and coming to check on you. So don't expect fast service. But they are very nice.Food: 4/5
I was visiting with a friend of mine and I was greatly disappointed. It is unfortunate that when I asked for burned bacon and I didn’t get it, I want it burned, please see photos. Do you call that burned? I paid over $3.00 for a glass of milk! Everyone knows you can buy a whole gallon for that amount! The prices were outrageous! I went in for the $5.00 deal and the waitress said there would be a slight charge more for the pumpkin pancakes so I agreed. I was expecting a $1.00 extra but no the upcharge was $1.99 ! When the order arrived at the table the pancakes were so small! I expected bigger! It was disappointing to say the least! The waitress was kind and friendly and it wasn’t her fault at all she was only doing her job. Overall it was a bad experience. I most likely will not be going back at all, if I do I will ask for only water and I will only order the $5.00 special! I have learned, you don’t have to tell me twice!!!
I usually go in here and lately it's not been above and beyond it's lack of service lock and food quality so I hope they get back into doing what they used to do and serve awesome foodService: 2/5
Good service! Friendly quick! Food was hot and delicious however they were out of everything I was craving of course and I learned they do NOT make nor serve biscuits and gravy! I’m dumbfounded! Is it not a breakfast restaurant. I dont know but frustrating and hungry because now I had to find something hopefully on the menu and in stock. Dietary restrictions: I didn’t look far into it. I just noticed a small area on the menu for vegetarian dietary glutton free dishes
The service at IHOP was incredible! Seriously, I could hardly imagine having a better experience then I did at IHOP. The server helping me, Lyndi, was beyond belief. It is hard to describe what it was that made it so nice, but a few specific things I noticed. First, when ordering she gave really good suggestions for modifications. Adding some special spice of seasoning to the specialized pancake I ordered. The recommendation ended up being really good! I feel like somehow Lyndi was able to understand what I was hoping to get and helped make sure I was going to get an order custom for my tastes. The food was really good! Another characteristic I noticed was Lyndi would make sure I knew what was going on and what to expect. This sounds like something trivial, but thinking back I really liked this. When Lyndi left the table she would mention what she was going to do, such as going to get something or that she was going to refill our drinks. I am not sure why it helped, but I know sometimes at other restaurants sometimes I am looking around wondering where my server is and wondering if they are hiding in the back. Lyndi's remarks helped me recognize she is juggling several other customers with various needs. It is hard to describe why this was so good, but I really appreciated it. I had such a good time on our drive through Pocatello. I can't say anything about any of the other people at IHOP, but my experience was really good. Lyndi made my day. The food was great, but best of all I left with a smile that lasted the day because of the unbelievablely unsurpassed service. Kid-friendliness: A special menu for kids. Kids activities while waiting for food.
