Open light was broken, looked closed from the outside. Waiters inside were friendly and quick with serving and checking in. Food was better than the last time I went.Food: 4/5
Not the IHOP that created the name, menu change has ruined the experience! The wording of the menu is confusing as well, thinking I would get 3 crepes with the combo talked to waitress learning I would only get 2 crepes, then when my meal arrived I only received one crepe felt like buying a bad used car. $50 for 2 to eat and leaving not filled up was not a comfortable feeling! Also we had to ask for silverware and our food arrived like warm and the sausage was burnt yet cold. To be honest looked as if they were cooked twice and still sat long enough to be cold.
We went there to celebrate a fathers day and from time of arrival to be seated was all good and smooth. After our waitress took drink order which was timely executed all went bad. Waiting time to be able to place an food order was 20 min. And thats where all went bad. When i asked our waitress how much longer for our food she replied i don't know and it was already 30min wait time. So after we approach manager he send back to our table person who should be serving our food to let is know that everybody are waiting. When we couldn't get any straight answer how much longer before our order will be served we decided to live. So total time from to be seated to the time we left was 1h 30min. Lack of customer service experience. Sad think that there is no good breakfast place near Maple Valley.
Food is nothing like it was before, steak was so sweet, onions were half over cooked and half raw. One side of the pancakes was tough so my son couldn't even bite them. Took a long time to get food after ordering.Food: 1/5
While I can’t speak for others’ breakfast experience when it’s crowded, I can say I had a great meal and stellar service from Elia during happy hour I ate at 5:30pm. I found this location on Delta Skymiles Dining. The happy hour menu is great, and she saw how thirsty I was from a hot day, so she brought me a GIANT version of the Splasher drink I ordered. I had a 5 meal here, Happy Hour Burger for $8 and I hope future visits are like this.
I did an online order went to pick it up at the specified time and the manager was super rude to me. Told me they never got an order from me and I was probably at the wrong location. I showed him my confirmation which had their address and the pick up time on it and he treated me like I was stupid and told me the confirmation tells him nothing. I had to go through my email to find a receipt for the order to show him what I ordered and it then he finally told me their wifi is spotty and sometimes order dont come through he went back to the kitchen and told me it wasn't ready yet. It took 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and dealing with the rude manager before I got my food
I haven't ordered from Ihop in a while so I was shocked when I ordered the roasted turkey dinner. This dinner used to come with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, two sides of your choice and a piece of toast. Now you get turkey with gravy, a piece of toast, and your choice of two sides. The mashed potatoes and stuffing are gone, but it will still cost you $17 after-tax. I will never eat there again.
Best salsa I've ever had , it's quiet and clean at this particular location kinda a hidden gem. At the end of the day it's IHOP but it's one of the nicest I've been too.Food: 4/5
Why oh why is the night manager still employed??? The place is in shambles at night! Came to pick up an order and was told they forgot to make it. This happens every single time I pick up my order here but only in the evening. Day shift is great. When I walked in there were other angry customers and the male night manager was yelling at them. He is awful and so unprofessional and I know the owner has received many complaints about him so why is he still employed?? This place is EMPTY every night and he is the reason why. You are losing money! Hire a new manager!
Overall a very positive experience. Great service, good food prepared as ordered. Location shows some wear and tear due to age. Pancakes were really tasty!Food: 4/5
