Don't buy the warranty. they tell you it will cover everything from blood to rips and cuts, but don't back it. when the warranty company denies claim the owner simply says too bad and that you should have known better. I guess employees get some kind of commission for selling it I have no proof of this and will tell you how great it is hoping that you never need to use it. feels very dishonest.
My fiancee and I had been searching for furniture in the Las Cruces area a couple months in advance of our expected purchase date. That being said we found nothing that impressed us and were contemplating going hundreds of miles to find quality furniture. Luckily we stopped at Ikards because my fiancee remembered hearing great things about the place but had never visited. From the moment we exited our vehicle the outstanding customer began because we were confused about the entrance, we were given excellent customer service! Lisa came to the door and greeted us and led us into the furniture showroom they also have a second building for La-Z-Boys and mattresses. Lisa's customer service was the perfect blend of letting us explore, answering our questions, being attentive and giving us space to discuss our options in private. And, we actually found some furniture we liked that was of a high quality and in our budget! Lisa was excellent! We felt we were able to make a well informed decision and she was very patient with us! We are both very happy to have finally found furniture we will love to have in our home for a very long time!

After going to several furniture stores in Las Cruces, we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to get in stock delivery of a sofa and love seat if it was in their distribution center. The cost to deliver was a flat fee plus mileage to Elephant Butte. After sitting in 20 or so sofa/love seats only a couple were really comfortable. We decided to go to lunch then drive over to Ikards. We met Debbie their sales consultant and the first thing we asked was their delivery fee to Elephant Butte. It was a reasonable flat fee. We sat in all of their sofa/love seats and found them all to be comfortable. We picked out a set and delivery was scheduled the following week which was great. On the way home we received a call from their office manager Melecia asking if it would be ok if they delivered the sofa/love seat the following day! What service!! Their crew showed up on time and professionally delivered our new furniture. I highly recommend this company for your furniture needs. Ask for Debbie.
We drove up to look at furniture. We slipped into Lazyboy first for a quick walk through and found out from a sales rep the same people own Ikards as well. There wasn't much at LB we wanted so we went in Ikards. The reps were amazing. The reps checked stock for us and gave us estimated wait times for all the furniture special order options. We picked our set and paid. All in all they made a usually painful process easy and relaxing. Note: I was a bit hesitant going to Ikards when I saw other reviews about poor service based on looks. We were in very comfortable clothes and had no such issues. The entire staff was very professional and helpful through the whole process.
Lisa was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable. This store is pricier than many but the quality is there. You will need to wait until your sofa is made and currently that's like six months, we were told. So we ordered in June, expect the furniture in December. Good experience.
I wanted to buy a Lazy Boy Chair as a gift for a friend. I met Lisa who was amazing! She was knowledgeable, friendly, answered my endless questions as I had never bought one before. Also She let me know that there was a whole showroom downstairs below main showroom. The Delivery time was met and took all of 5 minutes and was set up ready to go. The furniture is high end, well made, beautiful pieces with a wide variety of unique styles that you hardly ever see except maybe on Million Dollar Listings LA or NY. I was disappointed with the sale person gentleman i could3get his name but he was rude and my mom couldn't get a word though him . He keep talking and didn't give my mom to say anything and he walk away . He was no help at all. So my mom and i just walk into lazy boy . We were a lil with the sale person there , he had the patience to listen to my mom on what she looking for on a manual recliner , no electric ones.
Justin was great. We had an idea of what mattress we wanted. He gave us a few suggestions to help us decide. It was in stock, and was delivered the next day by 2 very nice gentlemen. Thank you.
