I love this IKEA so much, even though it's small. Polite staff, they are always ready to help, work quickly and smoothly. Many thanks to the recruiting manager and all the guys who work there. Friendly attitude towards animals, no rudeness and rudeness when asking about the status of my dog. Compared to IKEA Burbank your having is 100% better. The return and exchange department also works very quickly, the chair did not fit us and we returned it in 5 minutes
Great place to shop for furniture. Some stuff is a bit pricey but cheaper than most places. Also, if your looking for a certain something and it happens to be popular, more than likely they will NEVER have it in stock. Their gaming stuff is amazing though.
This Ikea felt like it was smaller than the other location I went to, but more organized and easier to walk through their floor plans. The have more associates around to help you and they all seemed very nice. Like always we left with things we didn't even come here for jaja.
Lots of great stuff, reasonable prices. We chose to buy ahead and pick up curbside, that worked out really well. Happy with our purchases, although they can be a challenge to put together. It's like a brain teaser. We bought the black table with glass top and the white metal with 3 drawers. My daughter is very happy with them.
Always fun coming here and take a look at what they have. Even for interior design, it’s inspiring in terms of what would work and not. Today though I was interested in a few kitchen items and most of all small plants!!! I still may have to make a couple of trips to Lowe’s but for now I’ve got what I was sort of looking for. Caffea Arabica is new! The escalator outside that usually takes you upstairs was out of service and they were working on it. Also, I noticed that there was a section on the 2nd floor where they were remodeling or something. A little noise of them working on it may be loud for some. I found that one of the self-help kiosks was helpful when I was looking for spray bottles. For some reason I must’ve missed it, and I knew why I did when I located them using the kiosk. It was literally stuck in a corner barely seen. However, the kiosk doesn’t tell you what floor the Decoration department where they belonged to was. That was confusing. It’s not like everyone remembered what department longed to which floor. In that regard, Home the Depot app is more useful in terms of looking for items specifically there.
DEAR MANAGEMENT, this place is a mess, please do something about it. I made an order online Order number: 412154416, arrived on time to pick it up. Stood up all lines. The employee bringing my order told me that they don't have lids anymore for my 24 boxes and that I can return them I spent 1 hour just to get here. I went back to the store find a bunch of lids, stood up all the lines again, purchaised them. I wasted 1.5 hours + 1.5 hour of driving just to pick up my order I made online, scheduled for pick up. This is just wrong.
So many wonderful choices and excellent prices. You must stop in just for ideas if your not ready to make a purchase. I will be back!
To me it's a little like going to Trader Joe's... some of the best deals on simple and well made products. No not for everything... but no better place for many necessities.
Great prices, Great Items, always a five star until today. I purchase a bag of black salted licorice for $1.99 just to try it, save your self some money, don't buy this, very bad taste, very salty, probably would of taste better if it was apinch of salt like salted carmels Product was made in Finland for Ikea, poor job.
Very affordable prices and accessible through escalator or elevator. Thenplace is huge but isn't mazelike unlike previous times I've gone before. Food was solid for the price.
