When we diced to open an Italian trattoria in Maryland,we wanted to be true to our roots and offer our customers authentic Italian dishes just like the ones used to prepare back in Naples, Italy. Authentic Italian dishes passed on generation to generation, modern Italian dishes enriched by culinary school and Italian-American dishes made classic by American nationwide with Italian Heritage.
