Illiana Search & Rescue Teams is a non-profit volunteer organization that serves agencies within the Chicagoland areas.

Description

The Illiana Search & Rescue Teams are four (4) specialized groups of trained & certified volunteers that offer disaster assistance to any emergency or law enforcement agency in both Illinois and Indiana. Team members are 100% volunteer & donate their personal & professional time/resources to assist their communities whenever the need should arise. Members have team specific training and certifications acquired from local entities to federal organizations. Search disciplines consist of a (1) ground search team, (2) vehicle based teams, (3) a medical reserve corps, & (4) a K-9 unit.
