I've been going to Illinois Cardiovascular Specialist for about 3 years. I was scheduled for my annual echocardiogram. I received a call telling me my insurance would not cover this. They worked hard to get this approved. The staff is professional and friendly. I referred my best friend to see Dr. Pinto. I hight recommend Illinois Cardiovascular Specialist.

God these doors are unbearably loud. I came in for a blood draw and almost ended up flatlining when I heard the door in the other room SLAM shut to the point of my ears ringing. Do the staff not realize by closing those doors they are giving their patients moderate to SEVERE Tinnitus. It is a CONSTANT ringing in my ears and every week I have to go to therapy to manage my pain as well as a physiologist to help me with coping mechanisms from the ringing in my head. I hardly get any sleep and after doing research I’ve diagnosed myself PTSD, Depression and Social Anxiety. I can’t bring myself to taking my children to daycare and haven’t showered in 3 days. I will not come back until THEY FIX THE LOUD DOORS or train their staff on how to SLOWLY and properly shut loud doors.

The doors are so loud!  When I came in for an echocardiogram I was very disappointed in how loud their doors are when they open and when they squeak close. When I opened the door, I was very disappointed at the fact at how heavy and difficult it was to open.. after the fact with my ears ringing. They need to get the doors fixed. They are ridiculously loud, I could barley hear my own thoughts. It’s been about a week, and my ears are still ringing and I’m in constant distress. Very disappointed! Fix it!

I love this practice, and wouldn’t see anyone else! The staff is warm and caring. Once you enter the building, you are immediately treated with caring and respect that puts you at ease for what my come your way. I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received.
