This agency's Comp-filing system is designed to be incomplete for claimants. They don't have info in the system to help claimants up load their Hearing documents-Pleadings. I believe it is programed to prevent claimants who wont hire an attorney loose their claim. They don't even have  video tutorial for claimants  like they do for attorneys on Y-Tube. It is very frustrating and time consuming.trying to find where to up load documents only to realize there is no way.to do so. Their Chicago office is closed and they don't answer the phones like their not open. in business. If claimants can't file documents in person or by Comp-file, they loose their claim. Shame on this Illinois state agency!

My experience with The Travelers and Workers Compensation was very good.

The representative Mr. T is so rude, I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said "I am a supervisor. You have completed therapy already right? Isn't that enough?" I said "No! The documents presented from the employer was filled out by management, which were lied on and these forms I have not received assistance to fill out." Where is the REAL help/assistance?!?!?!

The signs were not clear around the building as to where the entrance actually is during the covid thing.  Many security guards and cta workers around the adjoining station were rude and un-helpful.  Make sure to call ahead and find out where the current entrance is before you go!

I don't understand how arbitrators  don't  have to do their jobs within their allotted timeframe. But the petitioners, and respondents have to follow the rule on doing things within a timeframe given. Why is this, and why is there nothing that can be done? Shouldn't arbitrators have to follow the rule set by the commission?

I FILED MY CLAIM, THROUGH MY ATTORNEY, IN 2010. 9 YEARS OF CONTINUENCES, BY, THE VAST MAJORITY OF TIME NORTHSHORE HEALTHCARE, "WHICH THE JUDGE COMMISSION ALLOWED!! AND THE CASE ISN'T SETTLED TO THIS DAY. MORE CONTINUENCES. THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS A JOKE, A BAD JOKE. I GUESS I'M THE FOOL WHO THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE TREATED FAIRLY.

The building is absolutely amazing, the lawyer and arbitrator we're very helpful, I heard a rumor that the building cost too much to keep up and that it's not going to be there for long, if it's true that's a shame

For newcomers it is easy to navigate where you need to go due to accurate signs! Rebecca with filing is great at assisting!!

very rude !!!!! filing clerk was extremely rude !! I had a question since I haven't been in that building in a while and right away completely blow up on me very unprofessional!!!

When you work hard and get punished for putting all in  to your job these people ain't it no response until they deny your claim you definitely need an attorney
