A great place to begin your workout journey! This was definitely a step out of my comfort zone, and now I love it. They are very attentive and helpful during each workout especially if they see that you're struggling. I'm already into my 3rd week! and I plan to continue my journey here.

My first class was awesome and incredible, the atmosphere is very cool make you feel energized!.. l

Clean place. The kickboxing workout is intense. The instructors make sure you are doing good if you look a little torn. Raul is the best instructor. He makes sure you are doing the steps correctly without getting frustrated unlike other instructors. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun workout.

On my first visit the energy of this place was inviting and amazing. Everyone was very helpful and to top it off the workout was the real deal! My second visit not so much. The young lady behind the desk was dismissive which came off as judgmental. When you are trying get back in shape the last thing anyone needs is to feel out of place in a place you not only spend your money but time.

Every class is amazing! Mariah and Raulo are so motivating!! And if I need help with anything they are always there - also Tia has been amazing at helping me with form. Just overall love the environment!

Terrible cancellation policy, you are basically charged another month if you cancel right after a payment due date. Also, classes become really repetitive/boring after a few sessions, as you basically practice the same moves every class. It’s more of a HIIT cardio class with an additional 8 rounds of punches and kicks. I gave an extra star because the teachers are nice.

Amazing instructors! I love the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is. The class is very immersive, and the instructors are very helpful. Great for beginners like me to start out and continue!

Been going to I love kickboxing for 2 weeks now and I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s so much fun and such an engaging form of workout! The people and the trainers are awesome!

Best decision I ever made. Wonderful community with great instructors and friendly staff. I am not a fan of working out and never have been but after day one I began to feel motivated and excited to go every time! You do not have to be an expert and you can go at your own pace. It’s a great way to start and to end the day and you’ll feel so good about yourself after each and every class. I definitely recommend it!
