I had a very disappointing experience at Ima’s.  After spending over $200 in their store, I needed to return a shirt that did not fit. Despite having my receipt there was a problem refunding my credit card. The sales clerk was very nice but could not remedied the problem. As I spoke with Mr. Frank on the telephone and explained that I preferred not to have a store credit as I did not shop there very often he told me to take my shirt, get out of his store and never return. The sales clerk was mortified, as was I. Very disappointing experience

They are just not nice. I've tried this olace several times, the merchandise is nice but the people... not so much.

This has clothing line that is different from Macys. Nice place to shop for clothing that everyone else don't shop.
