Had a positive experience with Violet. She is friendly and has good bedside manners. As a newbie, she made sure I was as comfortable as I could be throughout my appointment.

I visited Images in Wilmette back in December 2021 and I could not be happier with my experience!  I have always wanted lip injections and I finally saved up the money and worked up the courage to get them.  Admittedly, when I arrived, I was a little nervous - but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling staff member who promptly checked me in and gave me some paperwork to fill out. My appointment was with Violet and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so personable and immediately made me feel welcome and put me at ease by explaining each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. I cannot express how impressed I was with Violet’s professionalism, precision and attention to detail! Prior to visiting Images I felt very self-conscious about my appearance but when I walked out the door, I actually left feeling confident! My lips are perfect and look absolutely amazing! Violet also took the time to follow up with me on several occasions once a week to make sure I was happy with my results and to make sure I wasn’t having any issues as the minimal swelling subsided – She was so genuine; I could tell that she really cared. I never take the time to write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience I felt compelled to write this one - If you are reading this review and are on the fence about getting lip injections my advice is do it! And be sure to request Violet!!

I had a wonderful experience with my treatments done by Jessica. Definitely great bedside manners! She always made sure that I was ok during the whole process! I am very happy with the outcome so far and look forward to my follow up treatments! The staff is very friendly and nice as well! Jessica is awesome definitely recommend her!

I have been to Images many times over the past few years. I am always getting the same services and Maria is the one who has attended to me. As usual, Maria did a great job. She has a very positive outgoing personality chatting with her during my visit just makes it that more pleasant. I plan to go to Images in the future not only for the procedures they have done in the past but new procedures I may want to avail myself of in the future.

I have been going to image med spa for 4 years .The skin treatment from Marie has kept my skin youthful. Micro pen and halo laser  has been my go to treatments . Marie is a master of her field ,always  keeping up with the latest ways of providing treatments . The spa is friendly and very professional,

The actual review will basically be on how the Botox took within the next 2 weeks, but I didn’t find  the anesthetician to be terribly friendly or engaging. She had her way, and that was the way it was going to be. Also, not much worse than being called “dear”, by anyone. Particularly someone who is very young. I happen to be an RN, and did not appreciate what seemed to be a condescending attitude. Perhaps she didn’t like the fact that I mentioned how and where I wanted injections, and where Rachel used to do it. Missing Rachel and her caring personality about now.

Love getting Botox by Yvonne! She listens to your concerns and makes you feel very comfortable. Always happy with my results!!
