Not really seeing how this place is for urgent care. I checked online before I left home, the website said that walk-ins were welcome, and that there were 3 people ahead of me. I get there and there were more like 7, and that's only those I could see. When it was my turn to check in, the receptionist seemed kind, polite and caring, but also said it was very likely that I wouldn't be seen today. She noted my phone number and said that they'd send me a text if something opened up and I could come back, but that they were closing in 3 hours so it would likely be tomorrow at best. So if you really do need urgent care, save yourself some time and skip MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care in Burien..

Clean facility with friendly staff and complimentary drinks. I’ve been there once as a walk in and understandably had to wait an hours and a half. Enjoyed some coffee. Also went once as a scheduled appointment with my 2 year old. They did great with her. She didn’t cry once like she usually does with her primary.

Second time at MultiCare, indigo clinic and 100% recommend. Easy online booking an excellent patient care. Art was wonderful and patient with my son and Kevin . The nurse practitioner was as well. I love how they treated him with kindness, patience, and respect like a little adult.

My son has a difficult time taking covid tests he hates them but Kelley was so nice and sweet, she helped my son through it and was so patient. I really appreciate her calming him down. Everyone here is so nice and it’s super clean here. Would recommend to anyone

A little cryptic when you call but they get patients in and out as fast as they possibly can. A very clean facility with knowledgeable folks that really help you on your way. Susie was really helpful and Jen was really professional and compassionate when it came to giving me a shot!

I brought my son to this location on a Saturday. I was told the wait would be about four and a half hours. We were able to check in there and wait at home. Didn't have to wait quite that long. Once there we were in and out quickly. Everyone was very kind and helpful!

I came in extremely sick and with a horrible migraine. I was literally laying on the bathroom floor vomiting uncontrollably. I was told it would be an hour wait. Over an hour later and nobody could see me. We were told to go home and use a virtual system since I wasn't sick enough to be seen right away. I went home and my husband used the virtual system and was told I'm to sick for the virtual system and I need to go back to urgent care. We were told we would be seen in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and a rude man at the desk told my husband that if I'm really that sick why not try the emergency room instead. Finally after throwing up some more in your bathroom we were seen. I was never seen by an actual doctor just a nurse who treated me like I was drug seeking for even suggesting she prescribe something for my excruciating migraine. I wasn't asking for narcotics and I know their are several migraine based drugs on the market that are not controlled substances. Note: I was sitting with my police officer husband and have the best insurance that is provided to first responders but I was treated with suspicion. She tried to refuse me medicine that would control my vomiting but my husband stepped in and demanded that she at least treat that which she finally did. Please also note that sometimes patients require medication and that's something that you need to teach your staff. She gave me antibiotics and a few pills for the vomiting. Absolutely nothing was done for the migraine. Your staff needs to be made aware that their are non narcotic options for migraine rather then just the blanket of everyone must be a drug addict.

This was my first visit and I was a walk-in. I did have to wait a bit but the care and service I received was excellent. They explained everything and made me feel so much better. I would definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care to anyone needing same day care!

I visited for an oral emergency. They got me in fast. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful and wonderfully compassionate. This was my 4th visit over several years at this Clinic. Every time it has been the same consistent pleasant experience.

Came in after being in emergency room 6 days prior. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Ryan Van Dam and his staff were extremely understanding. He helped me more than he knows and I could not have chosen a better place to go!! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all, and Happy Holidays.
