Immediate Implant Dental Center

I went to Dr Tedesco a little over a year ago with a badly damaged smile stemming from a physical altercation. I had veneers and a bridge that were all damaged. I had recently moved to West Seneca and drove by the office daily on my way to work and decided to see what this implant dentist was all about. So i called and was given an appointment within a week. Dr Tedesco evaluated me and gave me my options. He gave me the full range of services all at different price points depending on my budget. He was not pushy at all and answered all of the questions I had regarding the options. In the end, I decided to have crowns and a dental implant to replace the tooth the bridge was covering. Dr. Tedesco was very thorough in setting expectations. He let me know in advance that sometimes it takes 2 grafts to make it work. I ending up having two bone grafts in order to make the implant work due to bone loss from not having an adult tooth. The grafts worked perfectly and the implant screw was placed 4 months ago. I am happy to report that on May 29th my smile will finally be fixed! That's the day i get my implant and two crowns! I can't wait to smile and actually have all my teeth in place for the first time in 15 years. I have also had my cleanings done here, and they are so detail oriented and patient with cleaning your teeth. Julie and rest of the staff really make you feel comfortable and make your visit as painless as possible to include billing your insurance which if not for Julie would have been very problematic. I highly recommend Dr Tedesco for implant dentistry and regular dentistry he really knows what he's doing and he charges a great price for the amazing results he delivers! Dr. Tedesco is a wonderful dentist. He and his staff are very welcoming and caring for my needs. They get me in when im in pain and talk me through all my options and costs before any decision is made. I highly recommend Dr. Tedesco for all your dental needs.

Dr Tedesco is simply the BEST. Before meeting Dr Tedesco, I always hated the dentist and was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist. A few years ago, i had such a bad toothache, that I knew I had to do something. I found Dr Tedesco's website and called and informed them of my problems. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Tedesco took the time to explain to me my options and made me feel at ease. I no longer have any fear or nerves when I go see him, actually, I enjoy going! My smile is a million times better then it was when i started going, I only wish I had met Dr. Tedesco and his very friendly staff sooner. Dr. Tedesco is very knowledgeable and a precise individual. Unlike many other dentist, he answers all my questions. He doesn't leave me in the dark about what is going on with my teeth, but rather explains what is going on, and what approaches can be taken before he does anything. After experiencing some horrible dentists, Dr. Tedesco has really brought up my confidence with dentist again.

I absolutely.. 100%.. recommend this dentist! I have had some not so great experiences in my past with other dentist, but here.. here you are treated so well, the staff and Dr. Tedesco are extremely polite, friendly, and understanding to your needs. He is also not a “rough” dentist when performing any work, if you know what I mean. He makes sure you know what work is to be performed, and what options you have. I honestly despised going to the dentist, and now I look forward to it. The chair is super comfy, there is a nice window to look out, or you can watch tv, or stare at the poster on the ceiling of a beach and a hammock swinging between two trees. Makes you think about being on a vacation! Lastly, during this whole Covid epidemic.. he made sure that his office, and staff as well as patients are very well covered with a HEPA air filtration system in all areas of the office. As well as a special air filtration not sure what this was called machine that is placed near you well work is being performed to continually filter the air you are breathing out. He has definitely gone above and beyond for not just the patients safety, but his staff as well. I am super pleased with my experience each time I come to this place, the work performed and the staff. HIGHLY, HIGHLY , HIGHLY, RECOMMENDED.

Recently Dr. Tedesco done 3 more crowns on my upper teeth.He worked on payments that are affordable for me. So now I have a beautiful smile that will be showed off at my son's wedding in August. Thank you very much.

I've been a patient of Dr.Tedesco For almost 20yrs. With several implants and root canals done after fracturing my teeth.
