The waiting time is longer than I expected. I will not blame the staffs because they are really busy but I would like to let people know the actual waiting time currently. My biometric appointment is 10AM today. I arrived at the office at 9:50 and needed to wait in a long line and finally got in to the office at 10:35. The time when I walked out of the building is 11:09. That is to say, it will take you more than 1 hour for the whole process. So please don't expect you can only spend 30 minutes there. BTW, the parking lot is fully occupied in the morning including the underground one. It's highly possible you'll need to park by the nearby street instead.
I went with my son for a biometric appointment scheduled at 8 AM. The personnel were kind and sympathetic. The waiting time was nothing and everything was set up for covid. The parking lot underneath was pretty empty, and there are more spots available behind the building. Check google maps. Make sure to bring the application filled out beforehand. Really nice staff. Thanks!
very friendly, it was fast my appointment was at 3 and I left quickly, the friendly staff. well that's my experience.
If you come here for USCIS biometric taking, park at the underground lot and come to second floor of the building using elevator at the south end or stairs at the north end. Once you check in with the officer you will be asked to wait on the line 6 feet apart during COVID 19 period. Applicant is the only person allowed inside unless you have accommodations required. Since this place is an official government service facility you are not able to use your mobile phone while inside and just need to follow their instructions.
fastest I have been in & out of any government facility. My appointment was at 2pm I walked in at 1:45pmwas out by 1:55pm have your paperwork ready and everything is straight to the point.
I went here for biometrics today and was satisfied with the service - Every staff I met was friendly and gave clear instructions for what to do. They controlled the number of people indoor and well observed social distancing. I think the only drawback is the lack of parking space - there wasn’t any space available in the underground parking so I parked at the alley behind the building.
I didn’t find this facility helpful. I walked in for my family for their biometric but USCIS officer did not accept it but he was kind enough to give me appointment of another day after keeping us waiting for an hour. He did not considered our request even after I told him that I do work and my kid go to school. Not a recommended facility if you want additional help. Might be ok if you have an appointment for this facility.
I am not sure why the other below me are having a bad experience, but all of them are really polite when it comes to the cell phone. No screaming. Securities and techs alike. Just follow what you are told. Say thank you and excuse me and you will get treated the same.
I understand why people are giving bad reviews to this location. The supervisor is stubborn, unwilling to help applicants. Hopefully he/she never got special situation and won’t need any help in anyway.
Security is horrible, they are rude. They need to fix their attitude, especially with the poor seniors that don't speak English! *Thank goodness staff are friendly & speedy. *
