Impact Athletic the Club

Impact honestly sucks and I do not recommend getting a membership here. Plenty of other good gyms in the area and wish I researched before creating a membership here. They don’t have such great customer service, so I just don’t go anymore. If you have questions, don’t ask their employees because they don’t know.

Impact Athletic sucks! Their "trial" isn't a trial. They won't even show you around, especially not when the trainers aren't there. It sounds like their amenities don't work either. Lame. They don't want to sell memberships and can't maintain a gym or enough staff to give you a tour. Don't give them business. I'm not going to waste my time with them. Don't waste yours either. 0 Stars

The staff is very friendly and always greets you as you walk in. I love that they have an affordable and convenient daycare. The gym has amenities that fits everyone's needs.

It’s been over a year since you’ve had a working hot tub and about 6 months without a steam room. Peaked in to see no work has been done since. When do I get my discount on my membership since 50% of the reason i signed up was for those amenities?

I'm already finding positive results in my blood pressures and glucose levels after only three workouts in the Circuit Room and three half-mile swims in the six days since beginning a new commitment to improving my health.

Current member Severely outdated gym, and poorly managed. Tons of potential, but continues to lose many members to new gyms like Factory that are forward thinking, and focused on member satisfaction. Lockers are in poor shape hinges, locking mechanisms, etc, hot tub is constantly down, the pool is visibly falling apart. Daycare hours function only for stay at home parents very limited hours, nothing on weekends. No guest pass benefits for members. The amenities overall, though poorly maintained, are more than what you can find at other area gyms… for now only reason I’ve stayed - but that selling point will inevitably diminish as more, and larger gyms come to the area.

Good gym but disappointing that the hot tub has been down for months and they have still not fixed it. You’d think they’d want to invest more in their best amenities. I’ll be changing my review to 5 stars if they ever get around to fixing it.

You guys say your family friendly but the front desk staff was rude .Nothing at the establishment doesn’t work properly and the whole gym is disgusting . They did me a favor by making me mad enough to cancel my membership now I don’t have to worry about getting rare disease and fungus .

People keep putting oil soaked towels over the sauna rooms spout. The owners keep telling me they will do something about it but every day there are more and more oil soaked rags!! This has been going on for months!! I have lung problems which is why I go to the steam room but when there are all sorts of oils in the air it becomes unusable for me. The gym needs to get a handle on this. Put up notices or monitor the room every now and again!!!!!!!

Super nice staff, always greeting you. Gym always looks clean and tidy. Love the atmosphere
