Impact Fitness & Nutrition Centers LLC is a full service gym located in the heart of Biddeford. IFC is a free weight based facility offering Kettlebell Bootcamp, Pilates/Yoga Fusion, Small Group Power Hour, and HIIT60 classes. We also offer a full line of supplements, a smoothie bar, and a full line of fitness apparel & gear. Impact Fitness Center provides affordable membership, personal training, and supplement solutions for every body!
