Danielle has probably been the best with my pup. She can always get him in quickly and does a great job. He is a doodle which i thought is important to add since it’s sometimes hard to find someone to do a good job on a doodle.
Love!! My St. Bernard puppy was a first time visitor and while they took extra time and care to allow for her acclimate. She came out looking beautiful, as we hoped, smelling great. Can guarantee we will return. Excellent puppy care.
I've been having issues getting my dogs' nails trimmed at walk-in places due to overbooked schedules so I was excited to finally find a place that lets you schedule appointments for nail trims. I made an appointment for today and when I arrived 3 minutes before my 11am appointment, the shop was closed! The shop hours clearly state Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm so I called. The voicemail said they were closed and would be back Wednesday. I understand things happen and there are staffing shortages but call your scheduled appointments to let them know you need to cancel or reschedule! I work a full time job and took my lunch break to make this appointment - such a waste of time.
Excellent grooming experience; Impeccable Paws is the only salon our Golden Retriever will be going to! Having just moved here from out of state, I was looking for a new groomer. Impeccable Paws got us in the same morning as I called. The ladies are really nice and great with our girl. They gave her a complete professional grooming at price less than other salons. Our baby girl left there gorgeous and happy!
Danielle is an amazing person!! I happened to be nearby for lunch and decided to stop in to have her check my dog’s nails specifically the dew claws. She agreed that they were too long and had been missed by my usual groomer. She immediately grabbed the nail trimmers and trimmed all four of the difficult nails. She gave me great information on how often to make sure the nails are getting trimmed too. And then she wouldn’t let me pay her! I’m not from the area or I would bring my dog here all the time. I highly recommend Impeccable Paws to anyone who wants their dog to be in the care of someone who really focuses on what is best for the animal. Thanks Danielle!!
We took our 6 year old husky to Impeccable Paws this weekend to get a bath. He is very skittish so we were curious to see how it would go. He was so happy when we came to pick him up! and his fur looked beautiful and shiny. I liked how patient they are with the dogs in getting to know them and earning their trust before they do any grooming. It was very important to me that Butters was comfortable and happy and they definitely did a great job with that as well as with the grooming. 5 stars!
Friendly staff but not the best dog groomers. Was specific on how I wanted my dog's hair cut and they did the opposite. They cut it short around the face and kept it long in the back. If you want something done right, unfortunately most of the time it's just best to do it yourself. On a plus side, my dog smells good and he got a free toy when leaving the store.
We had an awful experience dropping off our dog for grooming. We have a 14 year old Shih Tzu, who's been going to other groomers all her life. When we couldn't get an appointment with our normal groomer, we called this place. They went on and on over the phone about how they loved old dogs and would keep her calm and it wouldn't be a problem at all. They'd go as quickly as possible so that she wouldn't have to spend too much time there. So we dropped her off on the morning of the appointment, and everything seemed to be going well. The hours went by, until finally they called in the afternoon to say they weren't going to cut her hair because she was too old. They kept her there for four hours, and all they did was give her a bath and then not actually do anything that I couldn't have done here at home. The best part is, they charged me $15 for the bath. So I paid them money to make my dog miserable all day and they didn't even do the service that she needed done. We'll never be coming back here again under any circumstances, and I'd recommend that you stay away too. From reading other reviews, it seems like the business is run in a way that's looking for ways to screw you over. As a side note, they buy puppies from puppy mills and sell them in the store. They sure look cute playing in their little cage, but I feel bad for the ones that don't get purchased after a month or so and grow too big. I'm no PETA supporter by any stretch, but anyone who actually cares about animals shouldn't support this practice.
Horrible experience. I've reached out to the owner via email, as well as calling a couple times, and have yet to hear back from them. I was able to speak to the manager, but there has been no follow up regarding my complaint. I brought in our two 6 month old schnoodles 2 weeks ago. I'll start with the positive. The very young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She called with a 30 minute notice before they were ready. That's about it. My issue was with the service I paid for. They came highly recommended by friends of ours, but we did not have the same experience. We've religiously taken our dogs to the vet every 4 weeks since they were born. The vet never had any concerns with their hair being matted and suggested we groom them at six months and after being spayed and neutered. This would have been exactly then. The pleasant young lady at the front desk insisted that one of them had matted hair and would need to have a short cut. I was concerned because schnoodles are naturally medium to longer haired and our vet had not expressed any concerns, but said if that was what she needed ok, but no beard on her. We loved their look but it just needed to be trimmed and not covering their eyes. Both had eyebrows, which we discussed with the receptionist, but were cut uneven on both dogs. The boy looked like he had a military cut on his head. Also, we paid an up charge for dental cleaning. While I have no record to verify if it was or was not done, I can tell you their breath certainly did not smell as though the teeth had been cleaned. This was their first grooming and will probably take awhile to correct the horrible job that was done. I tipped since I had to pay before they brought the dogs out. I can assure you that wouldn't have happened if I'd seen them first. In fact, if I wasn't in such shock I would have asked for a refund.
