Horrible . Make sure you aren’t late or you might as well hand over your whole check. $150 late fee…it’s insane . Plenty of other locations near by that won’t rob you. Most people have things in storage because they couldn’t afford to continue to live in their home and are living with families which is my case. They make it impossible to catch up by adding that ridiculous fee. Stay away!!!!!
Be careful they like stealing things and watching you when you put your stuff in the storage especially the Arabian dude and ask all that's nice it's funny how a week somebody just steals my dirt bike out of storage and my TV that's hidden all the way in the back in the storage I'm telling you it's them
Had what we needed at a fair price.
Clean and reasonably priced, however, if you are in need of a rental truck, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent the U-Haul truck provided by this place. We rented a truck and went 6 miles .. 6 miles! .. we were charged $71.00 for gas because, AFTER renting it they said the gas tank was supposed to be on full when we picked it up and we have to leave the same amount of gas. We started with a half tank of gas and returned it with a half tank of gas...the young man who rented us the truck NEVER checked the gas gauge!!!! .. or mileage, nothing!!! When I called to complain, Ana , who was nice before, was VERY nasty and didn't seem to think there was a problem charging me $71.00 to go 6 MILES!!!! ...and we had already put $43.00 of gas in ....so a one day rental, where we traveled 6 six miles cost , in total, around $165.00!!!! So do yourself a favor and go to the real U-Haul where they know what they're doing and WON'T overcharge you!!!!! Btw, my rating USED to be 5 stars....you see where they're at now...just beware. If you do risk renting from them, take a picture and document EVERYTHING!!!! The miles, the gas gauge.. EVERYTHING!!!! CYA!!! ....... UPDATE: Someone from this facility replied to me saying it was my responsibility to read the email they sent regarding the details of renting a truck from here. I've yet to see ANYONE read the email before leaving the facility. What I HAVE seen at a REPUTABLE U-Haul business is the person renting me the vehicle will NOT ONLY come out and record the mileage IN PERSON for ACCURATE information but they also inspect the entire vehicle INSIDE & OUT, to check for damage. They check mileage, the gas gauge, mark all the information IN FRONT of me and ask if I have any questions, in ADDITION to sending an email....so before sending me a smart a@# reply, learn how to rent a vehicle the PROPER way so as not to cheat your customers out of their hard earned money....
I wish I could give this place zero stars! Beside the security of the units being sub par and being able to literally get in the next storage from other units they charge you full months rent even after you move out! Total rip off other storages are much better in my opinion. So much for supporting small business. Better off going with a big chain
Y’all don’t put your storage here. These people lied to me and I got a Groupon with them. Terrible service at this establishment. These people are trying to tell me the money I paid was for the rest of the month. So even though on Groupon I paid for a month worth of services the account will conclude on the first of January rather than the 19th of of January after beginning services on December 19th. I just came back and the front desk associate assaulted me when I went to use the dolly so that I could remove my things and not be charged for the following month. I just called the police. This establishment IS CRIMUNAL I TELL YOU. Absolutely criminal.
This place is great, nice people, reasonable rates. Never any problems.

Pretty comparable prices with other places in the area. Neat clean facility. Nothing fancy but not run down either.
