The Office of Sheriff is an elected position, the only elected law enforcement position in Imperial County.

Called to report a suspicious vehicle traspassing on my lot, was asked all kinds of personally identifying information including my date of birth. I didn't feel it was necessary to collect that kind of information, and began to question why I was being asked my birthday, deputy advised he needed rlit to fill out the report. I advised that my personal information is not required to take a police report. The guy treated me with disrespect and made me feel like I was going to get into trouble for trying to protect and defend my property. I think he thought I meant to defend with violence and that's when he started asking my personal information.Im gonna defend my property with upside down stakes that puncture tires of those who aren't privty to their location.,
Remove the privacy complaint-do your jobs, quit wasting tax payer money. If you issue an apology for the treachery you are causing citizens like me, in this message, I will pull the video immediately. If you don't, and want to show just how wicked you actually are by affecting me electronically on tax payer money then I will do the same on my money. This message will be copied, screen cap'd and used in further videos across many more branches of the internet. I can create content accounts all over the net. If the complaint gets removed, and an apology issued, I will discontinue any communication with you-nicely.

Theirs ALWAYZ, well mogority of the time, assistance is rearly dispatched to "My Address." When they do arrive, usually it's all bogges, lies, ect. It gets old and Stressful! We are Tax payers. I believe my family & I should be treated as "Eaquals." Just Frustrated, aren't the Sheriff's Department, here to protect and serve? I believe SO!!!
They are doing their best and have been a great help to us in making sure CPS does not break an active Criminal Protection Order that was put in place by a Judge to protect our grandchildren from their mother.
Just watched multiple videos Live Streamed in 2018 on your LEO's assaulting and kidnapping Citizens for committing LAWFUL activities. Your insolence is evident in your lack of training, and in the lawsuits currently against the County that the Taxpayers will now shoulder. Shame on you.
they were very gentle when they arrested me. the tahoe had alot of space in the back seat overall great experience. will get arrested by them for sure again.
Just watched a video showing Sgt. Toledano of the imperial county sheriff's department of the illegal detainment and kidnapping of journalists excersizing the constitutional protected right to video in public from public property and the harassment of citizens who are holding the public servants accountable by documenting their activities.
I have the best experience with the IMPERIAL COUNTY DEPUTIES. We are lucky to have people who are trying to keep our communities safe. Prayers for our country and Officers.
Looks like a office filled with tyrants. Illegal detention for and free right to photograph. Hopefully the sheriff grows a pair of balls and sends this sgt to the jail division, so he can watch over the kitchen staff. What a disgusting video that was shown and people often wonder why society is the way it is.
