My family had a horrible experience here. Extremely rude doctor who kept speaking over my wife and seemed determined to ignore everything she was trying to say. Doctor did not care that my wife had gone through numerous tests at Kaiser and demanded the same expensive tests be redone at their office. They refused to even look at her records from tests she took less than 2 months ago. Ridiculously expensive co pay and they only take cash which is probably a sign that they expect not to retain their patients. Worst doctor experience we have ever had.
Horrible experience. Stay away. These doctors don’t care at all about their patients.
I went to this doctor because my last doctor wasn't helping me .He gets right to the point and is helping me with how I feel.
after finding out i was pregnant, i called to make appointment, wasn't seen for almost 3 weeks. then when i did finally see her, she didn't even take my blood or urine and told me to go buy prenatals instead of prescribing them. the Christian posters everywhere give a false sense of humanity that this doctor is clearly lacking.
My initial visit to Imperial Family Medical Group and was seen by Doctor Goethe Hsu. I asked him about the medication I was takeing and he was looking through his book he carries of medications. He did not inspire confidence at all. I had blood lab work done and called in to see if they can mail me a copy of the results. They said I would have to send them an envelope and stamp to cover the cost of mailing the results to me. WoW talk about nickel and dime.....
Not helpful at all, can’t make an appointment, they tell they’re going to return the calls but never did, year 2021 and have no one bilingual, very hard been a patient in this office..
