You can find good perfumes and makeup products at Macy's. There is a Toy r us store on the 2nd floor
My daughter, granddaughter, and I stopped in for them to do some school shopping! I was just perusing the aisles. She found some lovely shirts. I identified some great new fragrances but could not afford to purchase them. My daughter found some amazing red syn glasses that were on sale for half off. Macy's continues to be relevant, even to teenagers.
I went there to return some things I bought online. I got excellent service. And I stopped by the Door counter to get some of Dior's "Sauvage" and to see Johnny Depp,!
DO NOT GO TO THIS MACYS. We had a very in pleasant experience with an employee named Diane who works here. At first everything was ok, but then she started asking me personal questions like where I worked and then she asked me for my phone number. I was also with my mom and friend and she asked for my moms information and lastly she took a picture of us and wanted to keep talking asking us about our phones and more questions but we just ended up walking out of the store, It left us all with an unsettling feeling and just very uncomfortable. I believe she's highly unprofessional and very strange. We felt so unsafe.
I'm so glad to see that Macy's teamed up with Toys r Us and brought back a little bit of our childhood who doesn't love Toys r Us it's a chance for my son to relive my memories as a child here he is with Jeffrey what a fun place he must go check out Toys r Us inside of your Macy's today
I was assisted promptly upon entering the store. The lady was from a different department than I needed but she did her best to assist me with my concerns. I'd planned on making a return but was told I wouldn't be able to unless I'd purchased this company's products through Macy's and not directly from the company. I was disappointed because I'd spent time, gas and effort to come into the store. I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time. While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress. Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.
Clean store, clean restrooms. Not a single plus size formal dress option. When I asked an employee if they had plus sized formal dresses, she looked at me annoyed and said we have 16. Sorry, but 16 is technically not plus sized. Very disappointing that a major department store doesn't carry any dresses for plus sized women!
A great selection of summer shoes for women. Get there as soon as you can before your size is gone!
I really like the mens clothes at Macy's. I enjoy their international concepts brand that has styles you won't find anywhere else.
I had hoped to find a swimsuit at their July 4th sale; however, they didn't have one that I wanted. I'll keep looking. The store itself is large and open. Nice.
