Love this club! I’m visiting my daughter who lives here and joined to use when I come. The classes, equipment, pool, sauna and great friendly faces make it a daily activity for me. Perfect for any level, saying this as a 60 yr old who just wants to fit in my jeans lol. Loved the U Jam classes and Pilates. Aqua fit also reminds me of my home in Hawaii. Join if you haven’t it’ll make you feel like a new person!
My Lodi, CA facility is the best in the Stockton/Lodi area! It is the furthest gym from my location but worth the drive. The staff are responsive, professional and friendly. The attention to detail is noticable. The gym is very clean and the crew is meticulous cleaning dust and debris in corners and crevices. Repairs are completed quickly.
It’s always a great experience at In Shape! Very clean gym oriented to better its fitness customers. Only thing I wonder about is why In Shape stopped providing towels for members to use when they go swimming or to Aqua Fit classes. It’s a little inconvenient but I’m sure it’s due to some kind of COVID caution or simply because it was extra work for In Shape.
Multiple locations, lap pool, sauna & cycling classes available. Wish they offered more cycling classes throughout the week and weekends as they tend to be too packed. Also wish there was one in Sacramento and that they have tanning booths like they do in Planet fitness for only $20 per month. Lastly, it would be great to have a HydroBoost water refilling station than a drinking fountain. Overall decent gym.
There’s 2 smith machines and ONE squat rack yet you guys let one of the smith machines remain broken for multiple weeks. There’s an on-site technician at all times so I’m not sure what the reason for this is? Also there’s an adjustable bench that’s been broken for over a year and you just say “oh yeah we’ll get right to it”. Manager just talks badly about you in Spanish if you bring up any complaints. Place is ridiculous.
I always feel welcome when I go into the club. Familiar faces make it easy to make friends and have a pleasant time working out.
Descent gym overall but not perfect for several reasons, in short here are a few. First, out of the four stair-climbing machines; not a single one works well. For the most part the machines function in a manner in which I assume the club considers to be “good enough”. Secondly, the sauna is not as hot as it should be. Lastly, the water refill station is not great because it is way too slow. Staff is great, the place is kept clean. With that said, In-Shape Lodi would benefit from updating their equipment.
I love the facility and equipment is great always working and ready to be used. I'll be happier when Rahana is removed from daycare. She has no business in daycare with kids. Her immaturity and rudeness to the kids and parents show her lack of pride in her job. Other than that everyone else is very nice. Karla is a sweetheart with kids and so is Rory.
The club is clean. The convenience of the classes offered, the hours open, the kis zone; those are things I appreciate about In-Shape.
Very helpful staff Plenty of equipment to use Fire sprinkler lines need cleaning. Still waiting for fire sprinkler lines to be cleaned If you want use of the hot tub or sauna..early morning now they're cleaning/applying chemicals and usually not ready for use until 5ish. Club is now being cleaned DAILY, as it should be. Club seems to be cleaner than previous months!! Yeah!!
