Though sometimes busy, it's a very clean place and has pretty much every type of equipment you'd want in a gym.
Staff is friendly and very tentative.The Equipment is clean. Its not too crowded and parking is not a problem. There are lots of machines to choose from and the indoor pool stays warm for the kiddos. Its just a nice environment all the way around and the people there are not rude. I give this place 5 stars. I got signed up there by a rep by the name of Monica and she took the time to show me around and explain what memberships they had. I of course got the membership thats gets me in all the in shapes so yes i would definitely recommend the In-Shape located in Quail Lakes. Oh I forgot to mention they have plugins to charge your phone and that's a plus. I can't have my phone dying while working out.
Sadly have to say I had a bad experience here I pay for my husband and I to go to the gym and with our memberships I also included towel service and access to all gyms mind you my home gym is Pershing so this was my very first time coming. The second we came in the door and scanned our phones for some reason the man at the front said there was a problem then proceed to take a call and talk to another staff next to him just goofing off and by the time he's done at least 10 people already came in then he says your good to go so my husband and I already frustrated and confused of why he had us wait if it was ok ask the man for a towel he then says it not on my husband's membership only mine but we have the same account after 5 minutes he then says oh my bad I see it there sorry and tell his co-worker very rudely give them a towel then my husband and I go to the locker rooms and meet back up and we both said the same thing the place was so unkept there where dirty towels everywhere, no toilet paper truly not a good experience and AC wasn't on so the place stunk definitely not going back
This was my gym for years. Unfortunately due to the fact there is no rule against video chatting in the restroom/lockeroom. My mother and I will not be returning. Manners and privacy are required during this age where your phone can do almost anything except give you class enough not to video chat in a Locke room full of women changing. Your next sign should read. No video allowed in the locker rooms.
Nice gym, I little small compared to the other ones they have but if you like lifting weights and you want the old school iron addicts feel then you will enjoy this gym but get there early because space is limited.
This location in my personal opinion is the best in this area. I use all of the locations but the staff at Quail Lakes is the best. Jack always makes people feel welcome and at home. This young man makes working out a positive part of your day with his kindness to look forward to,
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the personal training program. I paid for a PT package only to have my personal trainer no call no show and I did not receive a cancelled session from in-shape staff. And to top it off I was promised a refund from the manager that was not fulfilled. Also the store manager Sobe does not return phone calls.
The girl in the front with the tattoo on her arm is rude. I’d cuss her out but I was too nice to do it. Y’all should fire her for poor customer service. Insanely rude when we came in. She might as well be a cashier at a grocery store to deal with people instead at a gym with an attitude and ruining people’s mood. Sheesh you have no right to do that.
folks love new things....too many people for me and too expensive. Clothes and shoes in the sauna. kids in the Jacuzzi? I was doing the 10 a month because I would go twice a week. Like I said too many kids too many dirty folks and this is just a place for family and friends to hang out.
This place is enormous. Just the 1st floor alone is pretty big, and there's a 2nd floor as well. Indoor pool, 4 raquet ball courts, a big parquet floor that's mirror walled, dumbbells and plates in at least 2 different rooms, same for cables, TRX, outdoor jungle gym and bodyweight stations, and metric tons of cardio machines. I'm missing some amenities but hopefully you get the idea.
