The Independence Bar & Grill is a full service restaurant and bar that services both the hotel and community. Breakfast is served daily starting at 6am to 11am Monday through Saturday and 6am to 12pm on Sundays, average price for an entree is $10.00; Lunch service starts as soon as breakfast ends and is available until 4pm, prices for lunch range from $9.00 for sandwiches to $11.00 - $14.00 for entrees. Dinner generally starts as soon as lunch ends and the full menu is available until 10:00pm and entree prices range from $9.00 for a sandwich to $24.00. After 10:00pm we go over to a late night menu which is available to 11:00pm and of course all menus are avilable during the day on a per request availablity
