My experience was delightful! My son wanted to go to Build a Bear for his birthday and play the arcade games at the mall - done! There was a great variety of games. The atmosphere was a bit sad with so many stores boarded up and vacant, I truly hope it can come back to life! Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, we would go back if we are ever in the area or close by.
It's a very large shopping mall on three floors. There are various stores and small but fun facilities, so you can enjoy it with your children
It's not too bad for a mall. I like how it's an indoor mall. I hear it gets kind of rough after dark,but I don't know. They are doing some remodeling in the main area, but it's easy to get around
We had a lot of fun with our family walking around and visiting the different stores we were there for hours. Nice sales, plenty seating for me to rest my feet and nurse my newborn. The kids loved being on the different rides some of them was broken and ate my quarters $2 worth. The play area is nice too but not much for littler ones that wasn't roped off The bubble teas was great especially the milk teas. The restrooms were nice and clean.
Only went to three shops this trip, but it was well worth it. Victoria's Secrets was clean and well laid out. Once we were able to get a clerk to help us, everything went smoothly. The clerk was pleasant and very helpful. After that it was off to Bath and Body - where I have never had a bad experience. In fact one of the clerks recommended us to download their app so we could save even more when making our final purchase Last, we visited Topsy's. Got as popcorn tin, but was disappointed to find out they no longer refill any tins that you would bring in. Just another that way that Covid as changed the face of retail. Thankfully we did not have to worry about any issues with teenagers as the mall has been subjected to in the past - I still don't feel comfortable bring my small grandchildren there for an extended period of time, but this was a very pleasant trip to the mall.
Don’t come here if you wanted to have fun with your kids. Only about three of the arcade games work in the food court. The rock climbing and rope course is also closed and from what I was told, it has been closed for some time now. You are better off going across the street to the Main Event Center or somewhere else.
Malls are dying. Slow painful deaths. I say we turn them all into skate parks and air soft parks. Spirit Halloween moved in tho‍
My grandson got a job with one of the stores at this mall working until 8:30 pm . Jared Jewery only store facing parking lot with dim lights on each side of their front door. The other stores facing parking lot pitch black like parking lot.The parking lot has lights but none or on and parking lot is pitch black. U can hardly see people coming out of stores or walking in parking lot it’s so dark. Dangerous to sit in car you cannot see anyone walking towards car. Owner should be ashamed of themselves to put customers lives at risk to be at this mall! I told my grandson to find another job it’s not worth putting ur life in danger to work here. And mine to pick him up!!!! Just disgusting!!!!
What an amazing layout for a mall! 10/10 recommend to hang out. They have an arcade, small food court, climbing fun zone, multiple stores. Not the biggest mall but unique and just a place to chill for an hour or 2.
It was a great place to stop in and get some shopping done. They have a variety of store and restaurants. It was not overcrowded. It seemed safe.
