Independence prides itself on roasting one of a kind blends from the best growing regions throughout the world. Our flavored coffees are ones that we have found popular with our regular customers as well as those who order via the internet.

Jet Fuel - This is a fun roast for us and is gaining as a customer favorite. "If you have to ask what is in it, it is probably not for you!" What we can say is that it contains between three and six different varietals which creates an intense and exotic cup of coffee. Dark roasted.
Madalyn's Backyard Pecan - A Texas favorite! The rich flavor and aroma will really delight you. Real pecans added to this blend for a great finish. Our daughter used to gather the pecans each fall to add to this blend. Now that we are a bit busier, we gave her a break!
Breakfast Blend - Full City Roasted- This is a smooth blend of three choice coffees from South and Central America. The result of 'pulling' this blend from the roaster before it becomes too dark is the perfect morning cup which is full of body, yet very smooth.
