Independent Bank

If you would like to have your account dealt with in a timely manner, do not use independent Bank. The tellers are poorly trained and cannot execute a simple task such as transferring money to other accounts via a phone authorization, or paying a credit card bill. Save the headache and bank somewhere else.

The app is supposedly up and new and running and that’s the opposite. Slowest app I’ve ever used. I have a brand new phone with fast connection, and this app is horrible. Takes forever to load. Ugh so annoying

They dont have an atm . what. Upgrade to 2020. This is not the 1950s where you have a deposit box like this location has. It seems when you bounce and they charge a $36 fee, they could afford a real ATM.

I'm impressed by all the lending products that Independent Bank has to offer folks who need financing. And you don't have to have an account there to take advantage of them either!

Lots of cool lending programs.Their home improvement loan that doesn't require an appraisal or home equity is definitely in my future! Go see Shannon Luft!

Dont sign up if u expect to get ur card within a month and when u try to call about it get picked up a d put back on hold all because they "need to sign in on a different device"

The bank manager is a terrible person with no empathy for anyone. Please take your business elsewhere
